“Welcoming stay”

Reviewed 15 Feb 2016

Harepath House is a lovely little accommodation a little out of the way from the main city. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and the surroundings. Very clean and tidy and everything we could have needed for our stay was provided. On arrival we were welcomed in and shown around by Claire, a very lovely lady who made it very clear if we needed anything we could ask. Lovely intimate stay. Would recommend to anyone :) Thank you so much.

It was an absolute pleasure having you stay - you are perfect guests! I'm so pleased that you enjoyed your visit and found everything comfortable. Thank you for leaving such lovely comments. Hope to see you again. Best Wishes.

“Lovely place to stay”

Reviewed 3 Nov 2014

We stayed at Harepath House in October 2014 and it was perfect accommodation for what we needed. Claire the owner was lovely and very welcoming. The accommodation was clean and modern with excellent attention to detail. We booked this as an alternative to a generic hotel and would definitely do the same again. I left a vest top at Harepath House and Claire posted it free of charge. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted accommodation in the area.

Thank you for your lovely review and positive comments about the accommodation. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay here and it would be a pleasure to host you again. Best Wishes

“Comfortable,immaculate accommodation in peaceful setting”

Reviewed 23 Feb 2014

We had complete privacy which we wanted but Claire was there if we needed local information or help. Very friendly without being "being in your face" As we live in a city we never get to see the stars properly so no light pollution and clear night sky's were fantastic. Welcome pack was good and we ate well at local pubs

Glad you enjoyed your stay and that you enjoyed the clear night sky! Lovely to meet you both and hope you come to stay again. Many Thanks.

“My stay was great!”

Reviewed 26 Nov 2013

My girlfriend and I found the accommodation to be clean and well equipped with nice countryside views. Claire and John were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home, being available without being intrusive. I was there mainly for the cycling, my girlfriend for the walking, and I found that being able to store my bike securely was essential The cycle routes were excellent some testing and some gentle. The bed very comfortable haven’t slept so well for long time. Local pubs were good. Will definitely be back!

“One of the loveliest places I stayed in, and I have stayed in many!!!”

Lovely setting, quiet and yet near to many places worth visiting. As we love walking it was perfect, you can just walk out through the door and walk for however long you want!
