This apartment is a historical duplex apartment which is set over two floors. The 1st floor boasts a large spacious lounge, open plan kitchen and separate bathroom. There is also a staircase leading to a ground floor below. The ground floor contains 3 separate bedrooms. Two of which are double bedrooms and 1 single.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The standard sleeping arrangement is as follows:

Bedroom 1- (master) 1 double bed + en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3 - 1 single bed (sleeps 1)

For bookings for more than 5 guests, additional fold away beds will be provided.

This apartment can sleep up to 9 guests and therefore, dependant on the number of guests, some areas may not be accessible to smaller parties. If you have specific requirements which have not been previously notified to us, please communicate these now.

Max occupancy as follows:

Bedroom 1- (master) 1 double bed +1 double foldaway (sleeps 4)

Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed+1 double foldaway (sleeps 4)

Bedroom 3 - (small box room) 1 single bed (sleeps 1)

Additional guests may be added for £30 per guest (maximum 9 guests)

TERMS OF OFFER

We require a £250 minimum refundable deposit for all our accommodation. This is pre - authorised against a credit/debit card in advance of arrival and released following satisfactory property inspection.

A nationally recognised photo ID bearing your current address will be required from the lead booker.

All bookings are strictly subject to our pre advised booking terms which are attached to your quotation - please ensure you meet our terms of offer before booking.

The number of people allowed in your apartment is restricted to the number of guests booked for.

Minimum guest age = 25

We will not accept bookings from guests who are resident within a 20 miles radius.

Our services are aimed at responsible, mature, genuine guests only.

We have a zero tolerance on all forms of anti social behaviour, drugs etc. We will not allow our apartments to be used as party bases.

All apartment entry/exit points are monitored by 24 hour live CCTV - guests who breach our booking terms will be be ejected and lose their FULL deposit.

Please only book if you are happy with the above terms of offer which should be considered in conjunction with the standard booking contract as this property has a non refundable cancellation policy.

“Excellent city break”

The flat was absolutely beautiful and spacious. It definitely accommodated everyone comfortably and it still very much felt homely. Steve and Sam were very accommodative and answered every question and phone call promptly which gave us assurance. It's a luxury Apartment definitely worth booking for a lovely city break.

“Ideal location”

This apartment is spacious and in an excellent location for exploring Birmingham. On the whole it is clean,however there are some areas that need some attention and updating. The kitchen was adequately equipped and electric wall heaters provided plenty of warmth throughout if required. The quirky rooms and interesting features made for an enjoyable stay.

“A little tired around the edges”

The location is great, very central. The apartment is functional, but you can't see from the photos that you can't open any windows at all for air. The heating hadn't been on when we arrived so it was very cold for the first few hours,and though it says there is free wifi it seems as though a bill hadn't been paid as there was an error message.... so no wifi. The chap who met us wasn't the most amenable- very short in communication to the point of being rude! We also asked if there was any spare bedding as the duvets were minimal and looked sparse. He said not if we hadn't asked for any in advance! It didn't look from the hoots like we needed to! The flat needs a good look over I think: -one of the hob dials is unsafe as it doesn't appear to hold its positions and was clicking when it had been switched off so we turned it off at the wall. -one fo the lamps is completely unusable -a nicety would be a couple of dishwasher tablets? -a cafetière? - a fish slice/egg flipper- had to drain eggs on a pizza tray over a plate! None of the complaints were big ones obviously, but they did add up and it wasn't somewhere we'd rush back to.
