Description

This is a lovely, private self-contained studio apartment in Birdham with all the luxuries you'll need for a lovely stay. It's close to Chichester and Witterings beach and a perfect location for walks to enjoy the beauty of the Sussex countryside. The Studio is private with its own separate entrance and it also has its own secluded garden and decking that gets the evening sun, so perfect for an al fresco glass of wine. There is also private parking outside. It is a perfect base for walkers, sailors, cyclists and those that just want a relaxing break. Please read our lovely reviews.

The decor is modern and tasteful with some unique touches. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in power shower and a heated towel rail as well.

There is a television with dvd player as well as a well-equipped basic kitchen with two hobs and a microwave should you want to cook your own meals.

The Studio is perfectly located close to beaches and stunning Sussex countryside. Guests will love exploring the local Manhood Peninsula which is the southernmost part of Sussex and an area of outstanding beauty.

'Salterns Way' is a cycle path very close to the Studio that runs from West Wittering all the way to Chichester. For keen golfers there is Hunston Golf course as well as the prestigious Goodwood course.

Horse riding can be booked locally as can sailing courses and walks around the harbour and South Downs.

Every year there is horse racing at Goodwood and Fontwell plus the famous Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival.

And there are numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants all very close to here.

Getting around

There is a bus service that runs very close to our property so it is very easy to get into Chichester.

Interaction with guest

We are very welcoming and all guests seem to enjoy the time they spend with us. and we have had some lovely reviews. We are in most days but have a key lock box by the back door to let guests in should we be out. I'm sure you'll have a lovely stay with us. Best wishes, Carl & Katie.

“lovely relaxing stay”

Went to Goodwood for the racing and stayed in a nice quiet apartment, Carl the owner made us very welcome nothing was to much trouble, everything was on our doorstep from beaches,to pubs and Chichester minutes away. If like me you hate hotel rooms this was perfect and the added bonus was a lovely little garden to sit in.

Incredibly grateful to the owner of this property who I can only describe as having been kind and understanding. I booked a three night stay for my husband and I, having both of us battled to get time off work from our busy lives in London, only to be invited to a job interview an hour or so after having made the booking. Anyway I made a frantic dash to contact the owner and ask him to reject my booking being he only way that I would not loose my money. And he very kindly did though apparently this has an effect on his ratings. Please ignore this. He was very kind and understanding of the situation and helped us out massively. I would be very much the poorer if he hadn't and with nothing to show for it. Renews my faith in people to be honest. Let's hope we get to go away again soon. And I will definitely be staying here. Thanks Carl

“A lovely home from home”

My husband and I stayed at the Studio Apartment in July and we were delighted with our little home from home. It was a great base for our holiday and we were made to feel very welcome on our arrival? The apartment is very clean and the bed is soooooo comfortable. If you want to make use of the kitchen during the stay ( which we did!) then everything is available for you to use, including a toaster, small hob, kettle and microwave. I would like to thank Katie and Carl for their wonderful hospitality and would not hesitate to recommend The Studio Apartment.

How do damage deposits work?
