Bright and breezy well-equipped beach house an easy 1.5 hours drive south of Perth, Western Australia. Huge deck, stunning views, especially from upstairs room with ensuite and cute balcony. The perfect way to break up a trip to the Margaret River Wine Region or to stay a while for a relaxing break. Only a few minutes walk to an unspoilt beach and to the general store, which stocks just about anything you could need, including petrol and a bottle shop. Beds can be configured as 4 singles and 1 queen OR 2 singles, 1 king and 1 queen. All linen including towels(not beach towels) supplied — plus a basic pantry and little extras like beach umbrella, beach chairs and spare sunscreen. Binningup has a great 9-hole golf course and is surrounded by world-class courses in the area. There is also a public tennis court a couple of minutes walk away. On most nights you can hear the waves and on a clear night the stars are breathtaking. Great beach fishing and surfing and 4WD access to the beach.Binningup

Common fish are flathead, herring, salmon, tailor and whiting and yellowfin.

The Western Australia region

Binningup is at the gateway to Australia's South West. It is between Mandurah and Bunbury - just 15 mins to Bunbury, an hour to Bussellton and 1.5hours to the famous Margaret River. With a mild Mediterranean climate this is the perfect place for all-year-round holidays.The region offers many attractions, including beaches — and all they offer — forests, bushwalking, wineries and restaruants and whale watching and dolphin spotting. Not to mention world-class golfing.

Binningup

Binningup is surrounded by lovely little country towns, including Australlind, which is one of the earliest settlements in Western Australia. It is bordered by the Brunswick and Collie Rivers the Leschenault Estuary to the west. When is season, a good feed of blue swimmer crabs can be had as well as an abundance of fish. The north end of Australind has the Leschenault Peninsula Conservation Park which abounds with wildlife including kangaroos and around 60 species of birds, including the magnificent black swan. Dolphins can often be seen in the waters here. There is a magnificent golf course in Binningup and top class courses in Harvey and Bunbury.
