Beautifully renovated grade II listed property situated in the lovely village of Billesdon in the county of Leicestershire.

The property was stylishly renovated in 2015 bringing a fresh modern feel to the house whilst retaining original unique features.

The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and one of which is a single room - however the bed in this single room is a toddler bed and is therefore the listing is most suitable for 4 adults and 1 - 2 children or babies.

A key feature of the property is the large extended modern kitchen, with central island, perfect for cooking, eating, drinking and relaxing in.

The property has a separate dining room, sitting room, utility room and downstairs WC and there are two bathrooms upstairs.

There is off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden suitable for children.

The village of Billesdon has two traditional pubs who serve excellent English cuisine and there is a shop for most amenities in the village, and a post office as well.

Located just a 15 minute drive from the commuter town of Market Harborough for larger supermarkets and shopping and just 7 miles from the centre of Leicester city, the village is perfectly located for convenience, whilst still offering the true experience of the British countryside.

The rental comes with a weekly house keeper to maintain the property once a week and we operate a remote check in and check out policy for ease, however have family very close by should a personal check in be preferred.

Since we do not currently live in the country, communication can sometimes be difficult - however once a booking has been made you will be provided with all of the contact details for local support during your stay.

Since we have a little girl ourselves, the house has many toys and baby facilities available upon request including travel cots, high chair and garden equipment (sandpits etc)

The property has a beautifully modern but homely feel and make the perfect destination for a family Christmas or for a summer break.

Getting around

It is recommended to have a car - however the village is well connected by bus routes and taxi services are good in the Leicestershire area. There are cycle and walking routes from village to village as well. The trains run regularly from Market Harborough to London (54 minutes on the direct train)

Interaction with guest

We do operate a remote check in and out system as we are not in the country at all times. However, our family live in the same village and we provide all contact details for them during your stay, We also have a house keeper who attends the property once a week who can be contacted as required. We provide several numbers and email addresses for us at the point of booking to try to ensure that we maintain as much contact with you as is required. We are also happy to leave our renters in peace as well as much as they require as long as all is in order for both parties.


This rental can only be paid for online through Holiday Lettings using your credit/debit card or PayPal (never by bank or wire transfer).
