From the owner

Our apartments are located in the small, picturesque village Vrulje near the Krka National Park on the shores of Prokljan lake, just a few kilometers away from Sibenik and Skradin. The luxuriously furnished apartments have a wonderful view of the lake.

Our guests can do various types of activities, but also can just enjoy the peace and harmony of untouched nature. Our apartment accommodation is ideal for families with small children and the elderly.

However, due to the 10 km distant Vodice and popular nightclub Hacienda, and 35 km away Primosten and nightclub Aurora, apartments are suitable for young people looking for fun.

Exit from the A1 motorway is only five minute drive from the apartment and from the airport of Zadar and Split about 60km. First beach is only 150 meters away and the house has a private beach, too. Restaurant, cafe and shop are in the neighboring village 2 km away from Vrulje.

Due to the beauty that nature offers us, our guests can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling at 5 km long trail that runs along the coast of Prokljan lake and surrounding fields.

We are at disposal to our guests all the time. If we aren't at the property, all the ways of communication are possible! When you come to the property, either someone will wait for you and show you everything, either you can enter alone by pin code on smart lock and we see each other later.. All information about Šibenik or Krka national park you can expect from us. At least we can take care of buying tickets for you for the Krka waterfall entrance!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
