Description

In the heart of the Peak District surrounded by two fantastic trails, this former Telephone Exchange has been converted into a bright and airy 9 bedroomed property sleeping 18-24 guests.

The downstairs area is a huge open plan space with a large living and dining space. The fully equipped kitchen hosts a minimalist design giving it a fresh and modern feel. It is a great social hub and fantastic for those wanting to cook for large groups.

The kitchen looks onto a large social and dining area- with long, quirky tables and chairs, there is dining space for 24. The lounge area is polished and contemporary with bursts of colour throughout. The focal point of the room is the cosy log burner and fireplace and with plenty of varied seating options from funky futons to armchairs, there's something for the whole group to get snuggled up on whilst they're not playing on the table football!

There are 3 downstairs, ensuite bedrooms all leading off from the lounge area

There are 3 downstairs, ensuite bedrooms all leading off from the lounge area and a separate downstairs toilet. Upstairs, there are an additional 6 bedrooms with glossy bathrooms (5 ensuite, 1 with a private bathroom a couple of metres down the hall- some have spacious rainfall showers and others baths with showers. Although the bedrooms lend a similar design, each one differs slightly- either having a flat screen television, full-size immaculate bunk beds or maybe just a flash of pale pink cushions. Each bedroom is flexible and can either be set up as a twin or a double, accommodating your group desires.

Outside enjoy alfresco dining or a BBQ with the stylish, large garden dining furniture on a stone-flagged patio area looking onto luscious green fields and the magnificent High Peak Trail.
