Glebe House is a real home from home, beautifully presented to a high quality throughout with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, a lovely sunny enclosed garden for the children to play and plenty of space to relax in for a larger family.Positioned just a few minutes walk from the heart of the village of Aveton Gifford, its Post Office/ store, and pub, and children's play park and just over a mile along the estuary to the famous Bigbury Bay Oyster Shack restaurant.

Equipped with all modern conveniences and furnished beautifully throughout. The well proportioned ground floor has a large brand new kitchen/diner - refitted in 2016 to incorporate fully integrated appliances, glossy white kitchen units, a wall mounted double oven and microwave. The garden is equipped with rattan patio furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbeque. There is private parking for two cars on the drive and further parking outside the property.

Bigbury beach is a popular family beach with shallow waters and rock pools to keep children entertained, and is joined by a causeway to the famous Burgh Island with its Art Deco Hotel where at low tide it is possible to walk across or take a ride on the sea tractor. The market towns of Modbury and Kingbridge are just a four mile drive, and the popular sailing waters and sandy beaches of Salcombe are only eight miles away. For golfing enthusiasts both Bigbury and Thurlestone have challenging courses, with unbeatable coastal views in all directions.
