It is ideally placed to provide a great base for families or couples throughout the year.The 3 bedrooms are arranged as 1 double, 1 twin & 1 single with a pull out truckle bed. It can comfortably sleep either 5 adults, 4 adults + 2 children or a combination. There is an en-suite shower room to the double bedroom.The light & sunny lounge area has patio doors to the south facing decking area, 2 leather sofas, wall mounted 42" flat screen TV with DVD & Freeview, stereo CD player & plenty of books & games. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with oak units & granite style worktops with an island unit providing a breakfast bar with stools. There is a range cooker with 4 burners & griddle,
