Description

Our contemporary style home, which we call BelleHouse, is clean, bright, sparkling new, and just 5 minutes from Belleayre Mountain where you can downhill ski, xc ski, snow shoe, hike, and dine.

- The gorgeous Birch Creek is right outside . Feel free to take a dip!

- A quick walk to Pine Hill Lake for swimming, boating and more.

- Many spectacular hiking trails nearby.

- In the winter, it's an easy seven minute drive to Belleayre Ski Center!

- Close to the best restaurants in NY State.

Conveniently located in the town of Big Indian, guests can walk to the Belleayre Beach in the summer, only a mile to the famous Peekamoose Restaurant, and numerous local hiking trails. The Full Moon Resort, a popular venue for weddings and parties, is a 10 minute drive.

This area of the Catskills is also great for mountain biking, road biking, and trout fishing.

BelleHouse offers 2 private bedrooms, both with queen sized beds and access to the back yard deck. A spiral staircase leads to a loft which provides extra sleeping room on a futon mattress.

An open floor plan allows for easy entertaining with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge style living room, and dining either at the dining table or the bar style counter. We also offer WiFi, high def, large, cable TV, Boston Acoustics AirPlay speaker, DVDs, central air-conditioning, and central heat.

The fenced in back yard, open to the stream, has a large deck, perfect for BBQ’ing on the gas grill, dining, and sunbathing. Birch Creek flows all year round which is blissful for cooling off in the summer, lounging by in the spring, and gathering ‘round in the fall and winter next to our fire pit.

An easy 2 1/2 hours drive from NYC, BelleHouse is the perfect spot for visiting the towns of Phoenicia, Woodstock, and Roxbury, attending the areas many music festivals, farm stands, and spas, and for endless hiking, skiing, biking, motorcycling, fishing, running, walking, swimming, eating, antiquing, and smiling.

• The house is conveniently situated on the NYC Trailways bus route along Route 28, and the bus will let you off right at our driveway if you tell the driver where to stop. • There is intermittent public transportation. You can flag the bus right from the road. • However, we recommend that you have a car to get around since Catskills activities are widespread.

How do damage deposits work?
