Lounge/kitchen/diner: lovely light open-plan living space with TV/DVD and patio doors to garden. Kitchen area: modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher. Regret no washing machine but it is possible to use the owner’s by arrangement. Outside: private enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture, BBQ and access to the owner’s lawn garden. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car on the owner’s driveway. Bed linen, towels, electric, and central heating included. Wi-Fi available if required. Regret no smoking inside the property. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Location: beach 11 miles, pub 2 miles and selection of pubs, shops and restaurants in Ashburton 3 miles, larger supermarkets in Newton Abbot 6 miles.
