Fully renovated, entire house in Biarritz (Passage Latuille 64200 Biarritz) with terrace (south), balcony (ouest) and secured PARKING, very important in Biarritz ! The house is located in a very little street (NO CAR passing), very quiet in the best neighborhood "quartier d'Espagne", 4mn walk from "Côte des Basques". Two bedrooms with high quality beds and each room has a shower plus sink, a kitchen with everything you need and a comfortable and DESIGN living area. One WC on the ground floor. A modern, very calm and stylish house with everything you can wish to spend a perfect holiday. 1mn walk from Pharmacy, Boulangerie, Supermaket, restaurants... 5mn walk from Les Halles, the center of Biarritz. This house will bring you peace, one room overlooking the terrasse (south and sunny) and the parents room with the balcony (ouest and very sunny) will add a note of tranquility to your stay.

5 min by walk, you have THE OCEAN, that also means the beach.

The neighborhood is "Quartier Bibi", near the Parc Mazon/Les HALLES walking distance from the center of Biarritz, just between the ocean and the covered food market where you can find very good local produced vegetables, cheeses, meat etc. The market place is also one of Biarritz meeting points with nice restaurants and bars.

All the streets around are payment parking, BUT you have a secure parking place 40 meters from the house ! A luxury in Biarritz.

La maison avec terrasse (Plein Sud) et parking, est située au sein du quartier d'Espagne (Passage Latuille 64200 Biarritz), à 5mn des Halles, 4mn de la la Côte des Basques et à une minute à pieds de tous les commerces du quartier Bibi (Carrefour, boulangerie, Pharmacie, rotisserie) et 3mn de ceux de Beaurivage (poissonnerie, fromagerie, épicerie bio...). Elle a récemment été entièrement rénovée et décorée avec des meubles design (Eames, Pierre Paulin...). Elle dispose d'un grand séjour et cuisine américaine, de 2 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain, un WC situé au RDC, et une buanderie avec machine à laver séchante.

Le séjour donne sur une terrasse (tout en bois) exposée plein sud et une chambre donne sur un grand balcon (sol en bois) exposé plein ouest (soleil de 16h30 à 20h). La deuxième chambre surplombe la terrasse. Calme absolu car la maison est dans un petit passage protégé.

L'idéal pour tout faire à pied dans Biarritz avec une voiture garée dans un parking sécurisé à 40 mètres de la maison. Toutes les rues du centre étant payantes, c'est un véritable luxe à Biarritz !

If Laurent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
