Poinsettia House promises you a mystical experience as it is wrapped in the arms of the nature. With a mix of modern and traditional interiors, this 4bhk villa opens up to the mesmerising view of the valley that you would not be able to get off your mind.

Surrounded by lush green lawns that are manicured to perfection for you to stroll around and witness the miraculous beauty of nature. Be it a cup of coffee or a glass of wine by the balcony attached to the bedroom facing the lake, something you would not want to miss out on while being accompanied by your dear ones.

Evenings can be spent by indulging in some indoor games offered by the villa to its guests or an outdoor bonfire with some soft music falling on your ears can always be counted on as the villa extends to an aesthetically built and groomed lawn that can accommodate up 8guests.

The Space:

Bedrooms: (1 bedroom in the basement, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor)

- 2 bedrooms have air-conditioners. These can also be used for air heating.

- 3 bedrooms have double beds where are 1 bedroom has two single beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request

- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:

- The villa features 2 living areas, one in in the basement and another on the ground floor

- Both the living rooms are spacious and have seating arrangements for 7-8 people

- A flat-screen TV and a music system is available in the living area

- Board games, books and comics are available

Bathrooms:

- The villa has 4 private bathrooms.

- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply

- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided

Kitchen & Meals:

- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven and a water purifier

- Non-veg is allowed in the villa.

- Delicious meals can be arranged at an additional cost

- Crockery is available for 8 people

Lawn:

- The villa has a huge private lawn that can accommodate up to 8 people.

- An outdoor bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost to make for the wood used.

- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises.

- Pets are not allowed at the villa

- Drinking is allowed inside the villa

- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.

- IDs are required for all guests

- A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests do not increase and the checkout time is adhered.

- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.
