“Great house in a great location - Spot on”

Reviewed 25 Aug 2015

I went to Mair y Coed to celebrate my 30th with a large group of my friends. The house is in a great location, slap bang in the centre of Betws y Coed and a great size too. i would highly recommend to anybody. Will definitely be staying at Mair y Coed again. Thanks Steve with all your help to the run up of our stay. Cheers

“An Ideal family holiday property”

Reviewed 26 Jun 2013

I rented this property with my partner's 3 daughters and their families. The property was ideally situated in Betws y Coed, close to the green and the railway station The accomodation provided everything we could wish for. The property was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everbody in the party was impressed and te grandchildren keep asking when can we go to Betws y Coed again.

“Great location and well equipped and comfortable accommodation for a group”

Reviewed 28 May 2013

En suite bedrooms very clean and comfortable. Very spacious liviong area and well equipped kitchen. Great for a large family or group of friends who want to see a beautiful part of Wales - it can rain but if you love the outdoors come here

“Perfect for large groups, just watch the "fifth" bedroom”

Reviewed 24 Jan 2013

This property is perfect for large groups - very spacious and centrally located. The facilities are good, if a little dated, and it is a perfect base for exploring Snowdonia (and the various hostelries of Betws y Coed). The only downside is the fifth bedroom, which is not as large as it sounds on the reviews - it is basically a box room off the living room, with just enough space for a sofa bed. We had a lot of kit with us which ended up being left in the living room, much to the annoyance of us and the friends we were away with. It is unfortunate that it is advertised as a five bedroom property and would suggest that the description is changed to reflect my comments.
