This is a great place to stay for a self catering trip up Snowdon, and is within easy distance of the North Wales beaches.

From the house you can stroll down to all the bars in Betws Y Coed and all the shops in Betws Y Coed. We are about a 5 minute walk from the Betws Y Coed railway station.

There are 4 double bedrooms with ensuites and a study which will sleep 2 at a push , downstairs shower room and toilet. Ideal accommodation for family groups and fantastic for self-catering parties.

If you are searching for a self -catering house in North Wales for a family celebration this holiday cottage in the heart of Betws Y Coed will suit you. We are close to Snowdon which is great for walking, hiking and rambling in the centre of North Wales.

The Betws-y-coed house is in the heart of Betws-Y-Coed village and a short drive to Mount Snowdon, with many more of North Wales' attractions in easy reach. Locally there is a superb go kart track and a fantastic rope and tree climbing experience.Superbly converted Church perched above Betws Y Coed but actually within "a genuine" 5 minute walk of the Station, the main street and the footpath to Llyn Elsi.

The accommodation has been carefully designed to a very high standard retaining as much of the character of the Church as possible. It remains one of Betws Y Coed's finest buildings.

Superb open plan accommodation with hardwood double glazing to the front and elevation providing both the ground floor lounge and the first floor master suite masses of daylight and excellent views across Betws to the valleys and distant Welsh hills.

The property has 4 ensuite bedrooms (one of these sleeps up to 3 people in single beds) on the first floor, with a further bedroom downstairs.

The main bedroom has a sofa bed which will sleep two comfortably. The adjacent dressing room has a single futon available. There is a downstairs shower room, which also includes a built in sauna. The property comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults plus children. A cot is provided plus a high chair.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area.

There is also parking at the holiday home for up to 8 cars and a safe garage for bicycles although we are less than 200 metres from Betws bikes.

The feedback we receive is that the property is ideal for self catering - Betws Y Coed the village is less than 5 minutes walk away.

The property has proved very popular with family groups who want to do self catering in Betws Y Coed with easy access to Snowdon.

This house is our own holiday home and designed by us for family dwelling our preferred clientele is family groups.For a small charge it is possible to use the Waterloo hotel leisure facilities which include a gym , swimming pool, jacuzzi,steam room and sauna .Please telephone or email for late rate details We provide bedding but not towels there is a large gas barbeque in the garage.

A 3000 sq feet property converted to an exceptional standard with a superb Welsh holiday home in mind.

This property is fully self contained and set in its own grounds some 75 metres from the main Holyhead Road with ample parking and a detached garage ideal for bikes and parking on the drive for up to 8 cars.

Rear entrance porch with drying room for those wet coats and boots leading into a utility area with separate washing machine and dryer and stainless steel sink unit with hot and cold water. (There is an outside cleaners sink for getting rid of mud on boots)

From the utility room there is access to an excellent shower room and toilet which gives access to a spacious sauna room for up to eight people - ideal after a soggy day on Snowdon!

The open plan ground floor has oak flooring throughout, the lounge area has a woodburning stove (16kw) to thaw you out. Some 50 feet away at the opposite end of the Church is a gas fired aga.

There is also a formal dining area which will cater for 12 plus people and a study area or bedroom just off. Every room has a TV point and broadband is available throughout the property.

Relaxing lounge area complete with a 42inch flat screen television and sonos. There are central heating radiators in every area with thermostatic valves to ensure that the whole family is kept warm.

In the summer the front of the house opens up with 3 large double doors onto a huge patio for barbecues and socialising whilst looked out over the village of Betws Y Coed.

There is a large patio area to the front which is superb for breakfast
to the front of the property with patio table and chairs and more than ample parking on the drives.

The patio is screened around with a dwarf wall that makes this area private but allows elevated views across the hills.
