Description

Sleeps 8+4 (12) 4 bedroom villa with private heated indoor pool. Sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, children's playground, outdoor stone barbecue and outdoor furniture. The house and grounds are fenced and gated for security and privacy and the village is full of activities such as day excursions by boat, scuba diving lessons and paintball activities. Our villa is available all year round (March 15 to October 31 for short stays and long stays. November 1 to March 14 for stays longer than 3 weeks) for great summer holidays and for quiet relaxing off season breaks.

500 euro damage deposit required upon check-in. Check-in time is after 3 p.m. Checkout is by 9 a.m. Cleaning once a week (typical upon guests departure). Linens and towels provided. Should a guest require additional towels or require a linen change more than once a week same can be arranged. Excursions to national parks and fishing can be arranged with local guides and captains (additional charges apply).

The ground floor consists of the recreation area, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, bbq/fireplace, laundry room and seating/dining/entertaining area for 12 people. Right outside this area is an outside barbeque with seating for 12. Each of the apartments has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen dining room and two bathrooms. There is a baby cot/travel bed as well as a high chair available at a small daily charge. Main house can accommodate upto 12 guests. Additional 2 guests can be accommodated at an adjacent property in a lower level apartment. Additional charges apply for two additional guests.

Getting around

A car is recommended should you wish to travel and visit other sites and cities. For staying in the town, beaches and the local amenities are all within walking distance. Bike rentals as well as scooter rentals are available in town from local agencies. Tours whether by car or boat are also available.

Interaction with guest

I am there to greet the guests as well as give instructions and answer all questions. I also check up the home and make sure everything is going well at least one day in between arrival and departure if it is a one week stay, more often for longer stays.

How do damage deposits work?
