‘Chalambar's Hidden Oasis’, propped upon elevated, landscaped gardens overlooking its rustic 5-acre estate, is a transcendent country-style retreat of sublime serenity. Accompanied only by the sweet song of birds, the chirping of frogs, and the whistling of a light breeze through trees. The stay was one of ultimate seclusion, yet with the assurance of modern-day conveniences at the fingertips, as we were only a 5-minute drive from Berwick.

It’s challenging to find a retreat that offers such blissful relaxation while keeping the kids occupied, but ‘Chalambar's Hidden Oasis’ does it with ease and style. A full-sized, mod-grass tennis court and a lagoon-style swimming pool provided hours of recreation, while the miniature railway was a hit with both the kids and the kids at heart – meandering across the leafy estate, visiting tunnels and its own miniature station along the way.

The home echoes its surrounding environment with natural elements of timber and brick, characteristic of an Alistair Knox design. A scattering of soaring highlight windows and skylights set in towering raked ceilings imbue the home with sunlight, in a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout that sleeps up to nine. Getting around – Harkaway Road – turn left into Harkaway Road and it’s just a five-minute drive into Berwick where supermarkets, cafés, and boutique shops line the main road, High Street. High Street - or the Princes Highway as it’s known as a little further down – head west down the Princes Highway and follow the signs to Fountain Gate Shopping Centre – a huge complex with all the major outlets. Princes Highway will also take you to the entry to the M1 - Monash freeway – for trips to Melbourne’s CBD.

I hope you could have the wonderful days in my place.
That would be the best if you could do as the following information,
Dishes and BBQ facilities should be cleaned properly including grease build up and burns on pans and rubbish removed to avoid additional cleaning charges.
Excess food & rubbish should be disposed into the appropriate bins at the front.
No smoking is allowed in the house. If any smoking is made on the premises including the balcony and deck, an up to $500 fee will be charged

How do damage deposits work?
