Description

Sitting comfortably, in the lush wild meadow along a meandering path, above Upper Rectory Restaurant, is our beautiful, romantic Shepherd's Hut. The Shepherd's Hut is well equipped for your arrival - with water, tea and coffee and homemade cake/biscuits

The stresses of modern day life are a distant memory here as you gaze across to the Mid Wales/ Shropshire hills. After you have enjoyed a 7 course meal (by reservation only - £28.95 per person) at Upper Rectory Restaurant, you can gaze at the stars from outside the Shepherd's Hut. A beautiful, hand made Welsh woolen blanket drapes the comfortable 4'6" by 6 foot bed, over luxurious cotton sheet and antique duvet cover, which makes the most of the triple aspect views.

There is a traditional outhouse adjacent to the Shepherd's Hut, with a composting toilet and hand basin, with hot and cold water and electric light.

Please ensure that you inform us what time you will be arriving so we can light the wood burner prior to
