The complex of "El Mirador de Bermuda Beach" is located on the beach itself and offers an private paddle tennis court, undergroung parking space and lush tropical gardens with pool area just on the beach. In wakling distande there is a very good restauraant with open assador (open fireplace) and the ALBYT Golf & Country Club with firstclass restaurant and SPA with indoor- and outdoor pools, sauna, turkish bath and tennis courts. A perfect holiday home for summer and winter!

All modern comforts are provided in our apartment which has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment has air conditioning systems for heating and cooling troughout, sattelite TV and offers amazing seaviews. The enormous main balcony terrace is partly covered and facing out to the open sea. On this terrace you will find an outside lounge furnishings, garden table and BBQ. The apartment offers further an very spacious roof terrace with over 50m² with panoramic seaviews over Gibraltar and the African coast. The south orientation allows you to enjoy the sun untill late evening!

The Costa del Sol is well known for its beautifully arranged and well kept golf courses, this is the reason why this area is also called Costa del Golf. As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.

THE LOCATION/ AREA:

The complex of EL MIRADOR DE BERMUDA BEACH is located on the beachfront itself and offers large community gardens with large community pool and childrens pool, both offering nicely seaviews. The complex is located on the mixed beach of Playa Galera and ends on the sandy beach of Playa Ancha. There is also a paddle tennis court available for all guests.

Just a short drive by car is a famous SPA- Club with indoor pool, sauna, turkish bath, jaccuzis and 2 tennis courts!

The village next door SAN LUIS DE SABINILLAS is located in less then a 1,5 km. distance, it has over 5000 inhabitants and offers a perfect infrastructure with a wild range of supermarkets (open even on Sundays in high season), bank offices with ATM mashines, pharmacies, bakery shops, small shops, bars, restaurants, travel agencies amdmuchmuch more…

The complex itself is ideally located for daily trips towards many points on interest such as: Casares, Coin, Jerez de la Frontera, Marbella, Malaga, Ronda, Monda, Gibraltar, Tarifa, Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, Seville and much much more. You can also visit the Spanish enclaves Ceuta und Mellia in Africa by speed boat! Whale watching tours in Tarifa are also highly recommended!

Need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

As you travel from Malaga, please take the toll motorway indicated as E-15/ AP-7 in direction of Algeciras/ Cadiz for 85 kms. untill exit Nr.153 and follow then the coastal road indicated as A-7/ CN 340 in direction Algeciras/ Cadiz for another 5 roundabouts till the exit to Casares.

The complex of EL MIRADOR DE BERMUDA BEACH is located just right onthe beach of your left hand side.
