This beautiful Grande Maison Bourgeois was built in 1906. It has been fully remodeled with all the modern amenities, yet it still has its original charm and characteristics of the early 1900s'. Classic furnishings and modern appliances fill the house with style and elegance. La Grande Maison is located in the beautiful town of Bergerac, in the heart of Perigord Pourpre. It is 5 minutes drive to the Bergerac Airport, and under 10 minutes' drive to the Bergerac Train station. A short 10 minute walk across the Dordogne River, you will arrive at the Port of Bergerac, entrance to the center ville.The house is surrounded by 3000 sq. meters of natural garden with lawn, trees, large outdoor dining terrace, BBQ with outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The garden is fitted with all outdoor furniture. The private pool is gated with large sunbathing area, umbrellas, lounge chairs. The pool house has a shower and toilet.
