Stabling: for your own horse(s) including grazing, stables and tack room. Can be arranged at a reasonable charge prior to your stay to avoid disappointment. .<br><br>The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with TV and en-suite with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD. Breakfast bar with stools. Electric oven, fridge with small freezer section, washing machine, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: partially covered patio area with seating and BBQ. Sun loungers available (in adjoining shed). Lawn area with countryside views. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating (winter surcharge of £15 per week 1 November - 31 March payable on arrival) and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 3 dogs welcome. Additional info: the cottage has an open tread wooden staircase. There is ample space to store boats/trailers on site. Location: beach 10 miles, shops and pubs 2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.<br><br>
