Ty Llyn is set in a beautiful, rural location, our cottage is ideal for those who want a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, somewhere to spend time with that special person or a family break.
The four star accommodation has a host of 5 star qualities and is an ideal spot for walkers, golfers, people with a keen interest in water sports, beach holidays and coarse anglers. We are are also dog friendly.
Ty Llyn is a 3 bedroomed cottage. The master bedroom is en-suite plus 1 double and 1 twin room serviced by a separate shower room with WC. There is a large lounge and dining room with glorious views of the lake. Fully fitted modern kitchen, minimalist decor all designed for the comfort and relaxation of our guests. All rooms are wheelchair accessible.
This property has a hot tub exclusively available to residents of Ty Llyn.
This accommodation is available with free fishing for one person when booking for a full week.

One mile from the glorious beach at Benllech on the Isle of Anglesey, Ty Llyn is part of Lakehouse Holidays and provides the perfect destination for a relaxing 'get away from it all' holiday or short break. The cottage overlooks an excellent coarse fishing lake and boasts a hot tub. Tastefully furnished throughout in grey,white, silver and red, which gives a very modern touch. The entire cottage has been designed for our guests comfort and relaxation & also offers FREE fishing for one person when making a booking for 7 days. Master, en-suite bedroom with king size bed, one double room and one twin room., seperate wet-room. Large French window open out onto a terrace, complete with hot tub and picnic area plus wonderful views of the lake. Under floor heating throughout, fully fitted luxury kitchen, TV, DVD player all with surround sound, High quality bed linen, towels,bathrobes and hairdryers are all provided at no extra cost. This wonderful cottage, set within Tyddyn Sargent Coarse Fishery, boasts excellent fishing.

Large walk-in wet room, ideal for wheelchair bound people. No shower tray.
Designer basin and toilet in both en-suite shower room and wet room. All floors and walls are fully tiled throughout, with the added comfort of underfloor heating each toilet and shower area features an extractor fan.
We can also provide for the less able a shower chair and a toilet frame. Please note these items are NOT attatched to the walls or floors.

The Hot Tub is obviously a huge attraction to this superb cottage and really does add to the luxury 'feel' to the holiday or 'GETAWAYBREAK'. To ensure you enjoy this facility we also provide towelling robes for all the adult guests, welcome soaps and creams at no extra cost.
