Situated in the heart of the well known village of Benllech, Llys Rhostrefor is a development of 18 luxurious apartments that were built in 2005 on the old Rhostrefor Hotel site.
The village has many things to offer on the doorstep including local shops, pubs, coffee shops, cafes, arcade, tennis courts, bowling green, and a large Blue Flag beach. A short drive away many other interesting attractions can be found, including Beaumaris Castle and jail house, RAF Valley, Bangor (most of the big name shops are here), Holyhead (ferry trips over to Dublin for the day). There are also a selection of golf courses spread around the Island too.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has breathtaking views from both the lounge and kitchen. It has gas fired central heating (combi type boiler). The lounge is a good size to comfortably accommodate a family and has two "L shape" brown leather sofas, a 32 inch TV, freeview, coffee table, side tables and an ipod dock. The kitchen/dining room is approx. 20' long x 8' wide. It has all the modern appliances and a dining table with 4 chairs, down lighting and feature lighting also make this a great room to cook, sit and catch up on the days events. The master bedroom has a king size bed, modern bedroom furniture and attached to this room is a fully fitted en-suite shower room, with white pottery and a mirror light/shaving socket. The twin bedroom includes 2 single beds with modern bedroom furniture. The family bathroom consists of a white suite including standard size bath, wash hand basin, wc and a mirror light/shaving socket. The spacious hallway also has a cloak cupboard. There is also a travel cot and high chair for families with babies.

Due to the apartments location on the end of a small modern block, it benefits from a grassed terrace area, and a raised decking area where a table and chairs (provided) can be placed outside, From here you can sit and relax and enjoy the spectacular sea and mountain views.
The North Wales region
Set off the coast of North Wales, and a short drive from Liverpool or Manchester, lies the beautiful and diverse Isle of Anglesey, which boasts over 100 miles of spectacular coastline within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Located in LLangefni which is about a 15 minute drive away, you can find a Saturday market, Local Swimming baths, Asda Superstore, and many more interesting shops, cafes, and boutiques.
Within the apartment there is a rack with a selection of information brochures, advertising many of the local attractions.
A Small Popular Village, which has a good range of local shops, hotels, pubs, and cafes. It is ideal for families, with lots to do to keep entertained. The sandy beach at Benllech is popular all year round, and is a favourite with children, whatever the weather.
The beach offers miles of clean golden sands, safe for bathing, boating, fishing, and windsurfing activities. The surrounding countryside is a joy to those who love beautiful scenery with uninterrupted views of the magnificent Snowdonia range, Puffin Island, and the Great Orme at LLandudno.

Then why not try some of the superb golf courses that Anglesey has to offer, for £79.00 per head, golfers can enjoy no less than 5 rounds of golf on some spectacular golf courses (thats only £15.80 per round!!), this can be pre-booked by yourselves. "A real home from home"
A lovely apartment, close to local ameneties. Comfortable living space and bedrooms with a well-equipped kitchen. We could always see whether the tide was in or out from the living room window! Benllech has a good variety of food choices - great fish and chips, a lovely Indian take-away and good quality cafes. The children particularly enjoyed crab fishing and playing on the penny falls! Plenty of games in the apartment to keep you entertained if it rains, so overall a lovely holiday.

"Modern Apartment in a great Location"
Apartment is literally located just one minutes walk from the nearest pub and brilliant chippy (the one up the hill, not down), also a couple of minutes walk from a brilliant chinese resturant that I would recommend. Everythink you need is within walking distance and a 5 minute walk down the hill takes you to a glorious golden beach with more restaurants and cafe's. The apartment is very modern and clean with everythink you need to keep both young and old entertained during your stay. Also has great views of the ocean from the living room and kitchen. Will definetly rent again in the future.

"Perfect apartment, great location"
Had a wonderful stay in this apartment, very clean, modern, family friendly and well equiped. Short walk to the beach. Just as described. Would highly recommend.

"Lovely Clean Modern Apartment"
I stayed at this apartment over the bank holiday weekend in August 2011 with two other women. It was an ideal location to explore the Island. The apartment is on a main road but the double glazing keeps the noise of any traffic to a minimum. It was spotlessly clean and the two bedrooms with two bathrooms was ideal for us. The bathrooms are lovely with hot water on demand. It is a short walk downhill to the beach which takes a little longer to walk back up particularly if you visit the Bay Cafe for a lovely meal and a bottle of wine. I would definately recommmend this ground floor apartment in this quiet residential block.

"Excellent accommodation, perfect for a family"
The apartment was fitted with everything a family would need on holiday, was well maintained, modern and very clean. We enjoyed it so much that while there we extended our stay. Would definitely recommend it as a base in North Wales and would stay again.

"Home from home"
We arrived in Benllech on a reasonably sunny day, we had arranged to meet friends so we did not arrive at the apartment until early evening. Then an awful realisation......we had left our apartment keys at home after Rob had kindly hand delivered them to us at home!!! Anyway, after a couple of telephone calls, Rob arranged for us to collect a spare set of keys & we were able to settle in. The apartment was fab, much bigger than we had expected, a fab base for our 3 night stay and with all the extras you expect from a new build. We would not hesitate to return and to recommend this fab apartment. Thanks for all your help Rob.
