A very attractive villa, with excellent facilities, that has been very popular with families. Lovely private pool, with access to a larger pool and paddling pool. Shops, restaurants and beaches only a short drive away, along with tennis, golf, horse riding and water sports facilities.

The west facing aspect, allows for beautiful sunsets, while relaxing on the terraces or in the pool, on balmy summer evenings.

The entrance is via an electrically operated gate, with private parking and garage inside. On the next level, up a short staircase, are the bedrooms, kept cooler for the summer. There is a double bedroom, with en suite shower room, and two bedrooms, with twin beds. All bedrooms, have air conditioning. There is also a large family bathroom, with bath and shower.

Upstairs on the main level, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, taking advantage of the stunning views and allowing access through glass doors to the pool area. The living area is nicely furnished, has a/c, UK satellite tv and 6mb download wi-fi, with a cloakroom off the lounge. To the front, there is a lovely balcony, providing superb views. Great for taking in amazing sunsets !

Leading out from the living area and kitchen, there is an enclosed pool area, with sun loungers, dining table, chairs and parasols. There is also a stone built bbq and hot/cold shower poolside. Table tennis table, beach parasols & chairs, in the garage.

A sister villa adjacent, also 3 bedrooms, allows for groups of up to 12 to visit-this also has its own pool. Please ask for details and availability.

Had a lovely time in the Villa and area with the family. Great location half way between Moraira and Javea so nice choices. Villa was lovely but a lot of steps so watch out for the little kids say under 4, but older the kids can avail of the tabletennis downstairs or splash about in your own pool or over the wall to the large communal pool. Kevin was a great help and great local knowledge and eager to help.

“Lovely well equipped villa”

Had a really good time at Que Vida, the villa had everything needed for a relaxing break. The kids loved the pool at the villa and the one next door. Location is ideal if you want to see more of the area as Benitachell is central for both Javea and Moraira, however not a huge amount to do or see in Benitachell, so a car is recommended, Kevin the owner helped us out with this! Overall we really enjoyed our stay, Kevin the owner was very helpful with local knowledge and recommendations.

“Absolutely Fabulous!”

We are just back from 2 fabulous weeks at Que Vida. The villa was perfect for us! Very comfortable on the inside and a wonderful pool and patio area that is perfect for bbq's, eating al fresco and catching the sun from early morning to sun set. Everything that you could possibly need is provided as well as Satellite TV that meant we could keep up with the Olympics and wi-fi that meant I could keep up with email in the most relaxing way you can imagine. The villa also has stunning views from javea to calpe and everything in between and the mountains beyond. Booking the villa was easy but the information, attention and support we received from Kevin before and throughout our stay was exceptional. Advice on places to visit, restuarants to eat at, best beaches to visit but also replacing the coffee machine with a brand new one within 20 minutes of the old one packing up was much appreciated. Incredibly relaxing, stress free holiday. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend this villa......enjoy!

“Great loacation, great villa, wonderful holiday.”

This is the 4th visit to the villa booking through Kevin at CBV. We have always been well looked after and the villa now feels like a home from home. The villa is conveniently located between moraira and javea and all the surrounding beaches. We started coming to the area 7 years ago and would not consider another holiday location. The villa has everything required for a relaxing family holiday, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with british channels plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils lovely clean bedding and towels. The villa has amazing views and benefits from sunshine from early morning until late evening. Overall another amazing holiday and ready to book again.

Excellent villa, very well-appointed, with stunning mountain views, and only a short walk to Benitachell town centre. Lovely private pool, and great beach a short drive away, bordered by towering cliffs. Have been several times and will be going back!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
