Description

This fully equipped, modern linked villa is situated in the quaint village of Benissa in the Costa Blanca North. It is within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the village, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The villa is distributed over 2 levels and from each you have fantastic views over the valley to the sea and the popular landmark which is the Peñoñ de Ifach rock in Calpe. The complex benefits from a lovely communal pool and a well maintained garden of artificial grass and mature olive trees creating plenty of shade around the pool - which is well needed in the summer months! The property is a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Moraira and Calpe and the picturesque bays of the Benissa Coastal road. The traditional Spanish village of Benissa boasts a newly renovated Church "plaza" with tapas bars, Jijonenca ice-cream parlours, a large childrens play park and some lovely shops and restuarants - This is all just a 5/10 minute walk from the villa.

You can access the property from the upper level and also internally from the automatic garage which is located on the bottom floor of the property. The main front door is situated on the upper level and leads into a good sized entrance hall with large fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space for jackets, shoes, beach equipment etc. Also on this level you have all 3 double bedrooms, the master has a fully equipped en-suite bathroom and there is a large family bathroom with a walk-in shower. 2 of the 3 bedrooms open out onto a cute breakfast balcony with amazing sea views and pure tranquility. All of the bedrooms have airconditioning (hot and cold) and have fitted wardrobes.

The complete house throughout is very light, airy and spacious.

A staircase leads down to the main living area which is all open plan and very spacious. The property is recently furnished and is therefore modern with new applicances and furniture throughout. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of space. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the stylish dining area which hosts 6 people. WIFI and satelite TV is accessed throughout. Also on this level you will find a WC and a small courtyard which homes the washer/dryer.

The lounge and dining room open out onto a good sized terrace, again overlooking the countryside, valley and across to the sea and the Ifach rock. You will never get enough of the views here!

An internal staircase leads down to a large garage which is accessible by remote control from inside the complex. This small urbanisation is mostly residential and is therefore well respected and tranquil. It is completely gated and secure.

Benissa has excellent motorway access and is very central within the Costa Blanca North should you wish to explore the area and surrounding towns.
