Frente al mar. Ideal para familias. .Toda la planta 5 (ático del edificio). En 1° línea de la Playa del Levante. Para 6 persona (precio anunciado). Máximo 8 personas, (con pago de suplemento).

En Benidorm.....Rodeados de entretenimientos, diversión, sol y playa. Cómodamente instalados a orillas del Mediterráneo. Que mas podemos pedir??

Ático de un edificio de 6 plantas, con una superficie útil de aproximadamente 200 m². Con ascensor y plaza de garaje (mediana), incluida en el precio.

Es un apartamento grande y espacioso, muy superior a la media. Único por sus vistas y tamaño y ubicación

Se compone de tres dormitorios. Uno de matrimonio y los otros dos con dos camas individuales cada uno. Todos, con amplios armarios empotrados y acceso directo a su gran terraza. Dispone de dos sillones en el salón independiente, que permiten dormir, cómodamente a dos personas más.

Una amplia cocina totalmente equipada, con vitrocerámica así como mesa y sillas para poder comer en ella a 6-8 personas.

El salón anexo, independiente, con sillones, TV LED. Mini cadena musical, Y un pasillo, que nos conduce a los dos baños completos y a los 3 dormitorios.

Todas las estancias son independientes y exteriores.

Cuenta con una gran terraza de 90 m², con plantas naturales, mesa y sillas para tomar el sol y cenar como en un jardín. Seguro que hará las delicias de los visitantes mas hogareños. Disfrutar de los desayunos y cenas al aire libre, están aquí asegurados.

La excelente ubicación de este inmueble a orillas del mar, junto a su gran luminosidad y amplitud, representan uno de los mayores atractivos de esta propiedad.

Está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable.

Todo incluido en el precio. Limpieza final, ropa de cama y aseo, utensilios de cocina, wifi, tres televisores, equipo de música, tostadora, cafetera, calentador eléctrico, nevera, lavadora, tendedero, lavavajillas, etc.

Dadas las características tan especiales, este magnífico inmueble no dispone de aire acondicionado, ya que está planteado para una vida abierta al aire libre en su fantástica terraza y al mar, por sus vistas y proximidad. El edificio carece de piscina y jardines, habida cuenta de que se encuentra a escasos 30 m de la de la playa.

Para los meses de invierno cuenta con calefactores de aceite y de butano.

Solo nos falta decirles, que nos encantara tenerlos como huéspedes, y poder atenderlos como se merecen. Esperamos poder contar con vuestra visita, con el convencimiento de que quedaran muy gratamente sorprendidos. Gracias por contar con nosotros. Marta y Antonio.

    This is the perfect location in Old Town Benidorm. Lots of space, very comfy beds. Clean and tidy with two bathrooms and three beds. Amazing views of the beach.

    Appartement was top, heel erg proper, prima lokatie direkt aan het strand en kort bij het oude centrum. Eigenaar Mister Domingo, was heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, complimenten.

    How do damage deposits work?
