“Simply Perfect”

From the very first interaction with the owner the whole process has been perfect, lots of pre-communication with Emilia (even a Happy New year message). Every question asked was responded to almost instantaneously. Then you get to the apartment, WOW. Simply beautiful, the view is even better than it looks in the pictures, the fixtures and fittings are all new and fresh. The apartment block is very well maintained with two lifts (needed as the apartment is on the 11th floor). We did have a small problem with the boiler, however Emilia had it fixed within the hour! You can't get that level of service at home. Such a great base location, spacious and has everything you need from the fully functioning kitchen, 2 bathrooms with great showers and even UK TV. Right on the beautiful beach-front, literally only 20 feet from the sand. Nice little selection of bars and restaurants near by, which you can't hear in the apartment because of the double glazing and it being on the 11th floor. We have already booked for next year. Worth every penny!!!

We have travelled to Benidorm as a group several times and this last trip has been by far the best. Mainly due to Emilia always being in contact to make sure that everything went smoothly and assisting with additional things like airport transfers. Plus the location is just perfect, right on the beach & central to everything that Benidorm has to offer. Views from the apartment are amazing, its the perfect spot for the first coffee of the day before walking the short distance across the promenade on to the beach. The apartment has everything you need and is spotless clean. We will definitely be returning to Emilia's apartment.

Fantastic apartment.Its right on the beach and central for both old and new town. It is spotlessly clean with everything you would need for your stay. Emilia is great keeping in contact with you throughout your stay . Fantastic air conditioning. We will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend this holiday rental.

Great Apartment, very clean and tidy with everything you need. TV and WiFi work really well, large fridge freezer and washing machine etc. Lovely views overlooking the seafront, the building is maintained to an high standard and a convenience store right by the front entrance. We had a lovely stay and definitely would return.

“Fantastic front line beach apartment”

Perfect location to beach, bars restaurants, shops etc. also the sheltered parking right outside the block, included in the price, was an added bonus. Although an older block, the standard of reform is faultless, a very high standard with absolutely everything you would need. once inside, you would think you are in a brand new property. The panoramic sea views from the large living room are stunning. The owner, Emilia was in regular contact, via text, immediately after booking and up to and during our stay, asking if we needed anything. We will definitely be back one day. Thank you Emilia, you are a star x

“Fantastic Aparment, Great location and brilliant host”

Travelling with a party of four the apartment was absolutely brilliant with the best location and views from the open lounge aspect over the sea front. From the moment we booked the apartment Emilia was so very helpful in arranging for taxi collection and drop off to and from airport plus allowing us the opportunity to check in a little earlier. We will definitely return and would recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to stay in Benidorm Many thanks again Emilia Neil Moore

This apartment was in a great location with an outstanding view. Very spacious with comfortable furniture in which to sip your coffee or cocktail and watch the sea roll in! Emilia is a great communicator and helped us with any questions we had. We will be back!

6 of us stayed here for New Year - the apartment is light, spacious and airy with a wrap around balcony affording stunning views of the sea. The apartment is immaculate, well furnished and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent being right on the beach and central for both old and new Benidorm. The communication with Emilia from start to finish was prompt, efficient and friendly. We have booked to return!

Highly recommend this apartment-the accommodation is immaculate with 3 good bedrooms, huge storage & just about everything provided usually associated with a 5 star rating however, the most impressive thing is the location & breathtaking views! Close to the shops, main bars, entertainment & a nice walk to the old town. The owner is excellent with communication & organised everything brilliantly. Our party of 6, 50 yr old ladies had a fantastic holiday & would highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EMILIA (the owner) a message.

If EMILIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
