Hello, I wish you enjoy my house on your holidays. I have decorated it thinking of families and equipped with all details and with a lot of love, so that you have a holiday as comfortable as possible and that you feel at home. Any questions that may arise do not hesitate to contact me. I hope you take care of it with love so that more people can continue to enjoy it comfortably. Fully furnished and equipped, Apartment located on the west beach, in La Cala de Benidorm; One of the most familiar areas with less agglomeration of Benidorm.Features of the apartment: 6-storey building, with elevator, with concierge / porter 1/2 day, with green areas, with community pool.113 m2 built, parking for 1 car . Oriented towards the Northwest. 1st floor. Consists of 4 exterior double bedrooms with wardrobe and built-in mezzanine in each of the rooms. Complete bathroom and a toilet. Kitchen and gallery outside. 1 terrace with a roof and awnings.DOTATION OF THE FLOOR: 2 rooms with bed and nest, 1 room with a large double bed and another room with a double sofa bed. Travel cot and high chair for baby. Child protection in plugs. Grés floor. Armored exterior door with security lock. Wi-Fi, Ceiling fans in the 4 rooms. Air conditioning in the living room and double room. heating. Washing machine, dishwasher. 80L electric thermos. covered clothesline and clothesline also on roof terrace. Accessories for the beach. NORMS of the house: Time of entry on the floor from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm (from 8:00 pm, extra € 20 will be paid upon arrival). The day that the floor is left free, the departure time will be at 11 a.m. Leave the sheets on the beds and the towels in the bathtub. leave the kitchen collected and lower the garbage to the container of the street (under penalty from € 25) DO NOT ALLOW MORE THAN 8 GUESTS IN THE HOUSE. Please make a responsible consumption of water and electricity. Take care of the environment. Turn off the fans and air conditioning or heating when they are not necessary. Help me keep good prices. La vivienda fenomenal, pero lo mejor el trato recibido por Roser y Tere. No nos ha faltado de nada, muy recomendable.

Apartment was comfortable although not enough sofas for 7 adults no mirror in bedroom 4 girls sharing 1 mirror in hallway Lovely location beautiful beach lovely restaurants excellent bus service into busy benidorm Small complaint no English speaking TV news channel

Respect to the sofas and the channels of TV in English (in the advertising not reports of international channels ) i really regret not having fulfilled your expectations, normally the people not rest a lot on the flat & they have enough with the 2 sofás & chairs, no one say about this before. Theme of mirrors, sorry, but I disagree with you, since there are 2 bathrooms with makeup mirrors and a full-length in the Hall mirror to see you before you leave. you know that the flat is fully equipped, but i know that not always it satisfies 100% to the guest, Although always it try. We take good note to improve and appreciate the reviews. Thank you once more for your excellent behaviour and hope to welcome you in the future

How do damage deposits work?
