Description

Apartment Bulevar is a lovely bright apartment for holiday guests and great for long winter guests too. The apartment is located within a gated complex on the ground floor, with easy access from the road.

On entering the apartment you will find a good sized living room and dining area. A comfortable and large L shaped sofa which also can be used as a sofa bed for additional guests and you will find a flat screen TV and DVD player giving programs in different languages. The dining area seats 6 people, should you have guests during your stay and from the living room area, there are patio doors leading to a large private terrace garden, you can choose to eat al fresco here with privacy as there are six wooden chairs and a large wooden patio table.

The kitchen is not large but fully equiped for your holiday or long winter stay. There is a fridge freezer, hob and oven and a dishwasher. The seperate utility room has the washing machine and ironing equipment and has a door

From the hallway you will find the family shower room and twin bedroom. The twin room has fully fitted wardrobes and is comfortably furnished. The master bedroom is bright and spacious and has plenty of wardrobe space plus you will also find an ensuite bathroom.

The apartment is fully air conditioned giving cooling or heating depending on the time of the year of your stay. For safety and security, the property has a security safe available at no charge and is fitted with smoke detectors and fire extinguisher.

Outside the apartment and within the complex is a large swimming pool, childrens splash pool and a sunbathing area, for those guests staying with children you will also find a safe play ground with soft ground and a gated pool area for piece of mind. The swimmng pool is a communal area and also has the added feature of a grassed area for sunbathing with sun parasols.

Should you have a hire car there is an undetrground garage parking space available with this apartment.

For 2 week bookings a mini mid stay clean and laundry change will be included.

*Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property.

The Valencian Country region

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible. Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by. The Santa Barbara castle is wonderfully lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebrations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically Spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food. The resort of Albir just 15 minutes by car north of this property has a lovely promenade for you to walk between Altea and Albir, popular amongst tourists, for a morning or evening stroll. The fishing town of Calpe is superb to visit and renowned for its fish restaurants selling the catches of the day. Just 10 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see their homes when out at sea. Benidorm beaches and nightlife can easily be reached by car, taxi or local bus service.

Benidorm

La Cala is a lovely beach area located just a short distance from Benidorm. It is a popular resort all year around and has many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and banks all within walking distance from this property. The local market held on Saturday and Tuesday mornings is well worth a visit to buy local grown fruit and vegetables as well as clothes, shoes and souvenirs. A regular bus service links with Benidorm and the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name a few. You can also use this service to visit the other nearby towns of Albir, Alfaz del Pi and Altea. Local Fiestas are well worth considering, the Semana Santa Parades take place during the very much celebrated period over Easter, the lighting of the statues and beach fires take place at the end of June and not to be missed the week long Benidorm Fiesta in November. We can give you details of other celebrations throughout the year.
