PRIVATE HOUSE IN FIRST LINE OF BEACH WITH GARDEN, VARIOUS TERRACES AND BARBECUE. PRIVATE PARKING SITUATED IN ONE OF THE MOST QUIET AND BEAUTIFUL AREAS OF BENIDORM. THE VIEWS ARE UNBEATABLE, FROM THE TERRACES ALL THE BAY OF BENIDORM AND THE MOUNTAINS OF AROUND ARE APPRECIATED. IT IS DIVIDED IN THREE FLOORS. GROUND FLOOR: PARKING. 1st FLOOR: LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH BATHROOM AND A COURTESY TOILET. GREAT TERRACE WITH A SMALL PORCH. 2nd FLOOR: 2 INDIVIDUAL ROOMS, 1 DOUBLE ROOM, ONE COMPLETE BATHROOM AND ANOTHER DOUBLE ROOM WITH BATHROOM, TERRACE. ALL HOUSE STAYS ARE EXTERIOR. A FEW METERS FROM THE CHALET CAN BE PRACTICED DIFFERENT AQUATIC SPORTS, AND LESS THAN 3 KM THERE ARE 3 GOLF COURSES AND TWO PARKS OF ATTRACTIONS. IT IS ALSO LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO SUPERMARKETS, STORES, BARS AND RESTAURANTS. IT HAS A VERY GOOD COMBINATION OF TRANSPORTATION, IF YOU WANT TO MOVE TO THE BULLICIOSAS ZONES OF BENIDORM.

Getting around

From the beach of Poniente to the center of Benidorm, the best thing to do is to walk, the walk is very comfortable and rewarding, since you are bordering the whole beach. There is an urban bus line with a stop very close to the house.

“Beautiful villa”

What a lovely villa, the photos don't do it justice and the views are amazing . Set just off the beach with fantastic views we couldn't have asked for more . Our party enjoyed a fabulous holiday in this very pretty area and would like to thank Pepa for been such a great host , we would definitely return x

“Nothing to fault at this Villa”

This is a real home from home , with everything you need provided for a great holiday . In a quiet area overlooking the beach and only a 10 minute bus / taxi ride from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm town . There is a mini supermarket , tapas bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the property and the Tuesday Market in Cala Finestrat can be reached by walking up the steps on the side of the villa and then down the other side , again about 10 minutes walk . We will be back next year .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
