Description

This is a modern town house which is furnished to high standards and has a private garden overlooking one of the two lagoon style swimming pools, located within easy reach of Benidorm and local theme parks.

The front pathway leads to a long hallway and at the end is the spacious lounge. You will find the room is light and bright with two sofas (one sofa bed), dining table seating 6 people and flat screen TV with DVD. From the lounge, the doors open to a lovely super terrace which is lovely and sunny but offers shade in the summer. The terrace has sun loungers and table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. There is also a private garden with wonderful sea views and views to the swimming pool.

The kitchen is a good size and contains everything you need for your stay including fridge freezer, dishwasher and over and hob. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. A useful guest cloakroom can also be found on this floor.

Stairs lead up to 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has two single beds, dressing room and there is an en-suite shower room with a shower over the bath and twin vanity sinks. The second and third bedrooms, twin rooms, have wardrobes and there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Outside you have the use of two lagoon style swimming pools set in mature gardens with palms and shrubs and plenty of grass for relaxing.

The property has private parking within a gated community.

With your safety and security in mind, we have installed a safe, fire extinguisher and smoke detector. The property is also registered with Turismo as is required by Spanish Law, and has a registration number AT-443199-A

The Valencian Country region

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables.

In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the sight and smell is incredible. Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals and the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area.

Benidorm

Benidorm is within a 10 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and a host of entertainment, with something to suit everyone. The Old Town area has narrow cobbled streets, with many tapas bars, restaurants and shops and you can explore the port area of Benidorm where you can participate in many water sports or take a boat trip to Peacock Island. The sandy beaches of Levante, Poniente, and Castellar all have sun beds and parasols for daily hire. During the summer months there is a floating stage out in the sea with lots of slides , fun for all ages.

Terra Mitica Theme Park, and Aquanatura Animal and Water Park are close by, Mundomar Sea World and Aqualandia Water Park, the largest water park in Europe, are all just on the outskirts of the town, and reachable by car, bus or taxi.

Lots of fiestas happen during the year with fireworks, processions and gigantic paella's cooked in the streets.

The biggest fiesta of Benidorm is held out of the main season, around the second week in November, with firecrackers, fancy dress processions and one long week of partying.

Sierra Cortina resort, has a Spa Centre, with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, beauty treatments, WIFI zone, café bar, restaurant, tennis and paddle tennis courts, for you to enjoy. You have to join but this is easy, just take your passport to reception.

Nearby is also an 18 hole pitch and putt course, great for all the family!

The Marina Shopping Centre close by has multi cinemas, 10 pin bowling, bars, restaurants, and a host of boutiques, shops, café bars….. There is a large international hypermarket where you can buy just about everything too.

The resorts of Albir and Altea are just 15 or so minutes by car north of this property and share a lovely promenade for a morning or evening stroll. Albir is very cosmopolitan, popular with all nationalities and the town of Altea , has a picturesque old town with white washed houses, cobbled streets and a beautiful old church nestled amongst antique, craft and art shops and more places to eat and drink.

Just 10 minutes south is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see their homes when out at sea.

Mountaineering, horse riding, go karting and many other activities can also be done locally. We are also able to organize any activity that you need from balloon flights, helicopter rides, jeep safari, quad bike hire, jet skiing, nordik walking and paint ball .............. just tell us what you require.
