Description

As featured on ITVs Benidorm, Beautiful, home from home 2 bedroom duplex apartment on two floors with bedrooms below and a large balcony on each floor. Situated on the beach in an elevated position allowing spectacular views of the bay.

Sip wine on the balcony, watch the dolphins dance as you listen to the surf lapping over the shore, pure chill.

Main shops, bars and restaurants all within a short 15 minute walk down a small hill along headland. Beautiful stroll, in a quiet and peaceful location but within easy reach of the fantastic nightlife and action of Benidorm. The sun arrives on the balcony mid morning and stays there all day until sunset.

Situated overlooking La Almadrav cove.

This sandy 100m long beach is located in a small cove just round the headland on the North eastern outskirts of the town, at the foot of the Sierra Helada mountain range which stretches from Benidorm up to Altea further north. Cala La Almadrava is perfect for those who wish to escape from the hustle and bustle of the busier town beaches, This cove is formed by fine sand and rocks with a unique environment for relaxation and rest.

Its calm, clear waters, along with its rocky seabed and abundant marine life, have converted it to a popular place for snorkelling and swimming.

Also making it an attractive place for Spanish family’s during the summer months.

The crystal clear waters of the cove make this an ideal place for bathing and scuba diving. Sun loungers are also available to hire during the summer months.

This apartment is also fitted with a fully functional air conditioning system for those who wish to escape the heat.

Also fitted with Sky TV, you can receive limited but many of your UK TV and radio programmes. Including Sky News, ITV, BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, radio 1 and 2 plus various UK local stations.

Transport

If you don’t like walking, there is a bus service that stops right outside the apartment to the town centre. A car is not absolutely essential as there is also a good bus service from the airport to Benidorm, or our friendly English management team Merita and Andy can transport you for a reasonable cost.

Most of the attractions are within walking distance of the apartment. Just a 5 minute drive away is Aqualandia, Mundomar, Benidorm Palace, Terra Natura and Terra Mittica.

“Room with a View!”

What a fabulous apartment! Spacious,clean, comfy with splendid views of the sea. If you like having breakfast looking over the sea, falling to sleep listening to the sea, this is the place for you!

“Fantastic apartment”

This apartment was fantastic we was only there for 4 days but loved it !!. Was up a hill but worth it for the views and a good sun trap. Pool was brilliant only us round it and Martin was a good help. Very clean and will defiantly stay again thanks Trevor Shaun Runcorn

We had a great time in Benidorm staying at Villa Marina 504 for Christmas week 2012. The two bedroom duplex apartment overlooks a small bay at the eastern end of the town. The property was in a secure gated community. We didn’t have a car but that was no problem as the Levante beach was only a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was very clean and had TV, CD player, radio, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. As we arrived late in the evening we were very pleased to find we had been given a small grocery pack with tea, coffee, milk etc., and a bottle of Cava and Fanta for a Christmas drink. There was also plenty of information about Benidorm and things to do. Overall a very nice apartment in a good location and very handy for the local attractions and nightlife.

How do damage deposits work?
