Please, be responsible with the air conditioning/heat and water consumption. Rental includes up to 100kwh per week. Electricity consumption exceeding 100kwh per week will be charged at EUR 0.20 per kwh and deducted charged from your deposit.

The security deposit of 300 euros is managed by this websiste.

Benidorm

Situated in the cosmopolitan Benidorm, this apartment sits on a beautiful mountainside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, part of the Sierra Helada Natural Park, one of Spain's foremost ornithological reserves.

Fine golden sand, transparent waters and beaches that are clean and cared for throughout the year are a trademark of this area seafront and small coves of sand and rock are very suitable for diving and for those who like to swim alone. Further on, starts the bustling promenade of the beach which in addition to its many facilities on offer also has the added attraction of being lively throughout the year.

The mild and agreeable micro-climate of the area guarantees fantastic temperatures all year around, and the area is recognized by the World Health Organization as having one of the World's best climates, this in itself being an important factor for the maintenance of optimum health.
