We have some villas in the same area of Benicadims in Beniarbeig, walk distance from bars, restaurantes, supermarkets…3km. from the new Comercial Centre "Portal de la Marina" (Ondara town), 5 km. to the beach and 10km. from Denia town. The villas has private swimming-pool 8x4m., barbecue, garden and terrace equipped with garden furniture.Inside with lounge dining room with T.V., open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bathtub.Denia is a city with a small-town feel to it, located at the Costa Blanca in the Comunidad Valenciana at the north coast of Alicante province straight across from the island of Ibiza. Denia is the capital of the Marina Alta district. Valencia and Alicante airports are both approximately 100 km away from Denia. Denia covers a surface of 66.2 square km and has a magnificently long beach-covered coastline, an impressive 20 km in length, starting in Las Marinas (or Les Marines)
