River View!! Overlooking the Big Deschutes River this spacious home located approximately 7 miles south of Sunriver is your key to a relaxing vacation. Launch your canoe or kayak right from the back yard and enjoy a quiet, serene float or fish from a lawn chair and enjoy the view.

The great room windows look out on the landscaped yard and rive. With the large back deck offering a great spot to enjoy a sunny afternoon relaxing or evening BBQ. When the nights get cool you can cozy up to the gas log fireplace in the living room while watching the fabulous Sunriver sunset.

Enjoy cooking and conversing in the open main floor living area, with breakfast bar, and dining table with seating for the whole crew.

With two bedrooms and a master suite loft this home has room and privacy for everyone. Wake up in the large master loft suite with king bed and large windows overlooking the yard and river. The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a king bed and second with a queen bed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
