Note: We are new to Tripadvisor so we don't have any reviews yet. However, on one of the other big booking sites we are Superhosts and have hundreds of 5 star reviews. Here's a couple of examples:

Megan - March 2017

We stayed here for our 5th anniversary and it was perfect! the cottage was really cute and felt very clean. They have done a good job of keeping it up. Stan was there when we arrived and was kind and welcoming. We can't wait to come again!

Bend - March 2017

Stan and Jan are wonderful hosts. Everything was squeaky clean and the kitchenette was well stocked with all the equipment we needed. We will definitely stay with Stan and Jan the next time we are in Bend!

Our private guest suite is located in a quiet mature neighborhood on the NE side of Bend near Pilot Butte State Park in the Orchard District. Please note it is not within walking distance to the downtown area and is 10 minutes from downtown by car or 20 minutes by bike. Be SURE this location will work for you before booking. It sleeps 2 guests. Add a 3rd guest for a dog.

Our place is comfortably furnished with a plush couch and matching over-sized chair, ottoman, work desk, pillow-top full/double bed. Note: A full/double bed is shorter and narrower than a queen. The space sleeps 2 guests (ideal for couples). The listing says we can sleep 3 guests but we have it set for 2 guests and a dog as the 3rd guest, as we charge extra per night for a dog. The kitchenette is suitable for cooking small meals but is not a full kitchen so you chefs out there just keep that in mind. The bathroom has a stall shower.

We offer HDTV w/digital cable, SmartBluRay, stereo, CD, VHS and DVD movies, secure wireless internet. We also have a twin air mattress available if needed. There's an indoor electric fireplace for added ambiance and heat in the colder months, and Air Conditioning to keep you cool on those hot summer days.

Note on Rates: Nightly rates vary depending on the time of year and are adjusted regularly from the lowest rate in the off season to the highest rate in the peak season. The total rate will be our nightly rate, cleaning fee, taxes, (State Room Tax 1.8% and City Room Tax 10.4%)., plus security deposit. TripAdvisor will add their fee for your total. You will know what your total rate is before you make a reservation. Once you make a reservation you nightly rate will not change.
