Description

The Space

This house is 2 bedrooms with a secluded loft. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, walk in closet, and a full sized bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and has access to the second bathroom. Both bathrooms have custom concrete counters and tiled walk in showers. The loft is located upstairs with one King and one Full sized bed each is semi private, great for kids or families. Kitchen is equipped with cookware and plenty of cabinet space for a long term stay. There is an office/ laundry area where you can catch up on emails. The front porch offers comfortable seating in classic theater seats rescued from the old Sisters movie theater. Enjoy dinners or drinks on the private back patio.

Guest Access

The entire house, including the outdoor storage garage, is yours to use for the duration of your stay.

Interaction with Guests

Available for non emergency calls, texts, or emails between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Call 24 hours for emergencies only.

Getting Around

Walk, bike, skateboard, roller skate, or take a short drive to local eateries, breweries, and shops.

4 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor Park and Ride

Lock provided on request for storage in carriage garage.

Garage space suitable for bikes, skis, snowboards, kayaks, paddle boards and other outdoor equipment.

Pets: Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet deposit of $50-100.

Contract: A signed rental agreement is required.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
