Description

Very clean, light and comfortable, well furnished one bedroom two full baths/shower/tub. Sleeps 4 very comfortably. Includes all utilities, wifi, basic cable, land line and use of all amenities. Fireplace ( presto log only), balcony with Deschutes Forest views and of the Paulina's.

On site you will find: swimming pools/ spa's, walking/running/biking trails, basketball court, tennis courts, frisbee golf, miniature golf, arcade. Jungle gym, nature trails, a fitness center and the Camp Rangers Kids Camp, plus horse stables and bike rentals (seasonal.) Ice skating is seasonal. For a one-of-a-kind Oregon vacation, there's no place better than this.

NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO OR DECK!

Wi fi, updated cable included, local phone calls.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Desk/computer area.

2 large Flat screen tv's, king size bed and queen size Murphy bed. Sleeping arrangements can be made very private.

Private deck/balcony with your own private electric BBQ, chairs and table.

BBQ on property too, briquets.

Bring your clothes and food/necessities and you are good to go.

2nd floor, (only 1/2 flight of stairs). Coin operated laundry on bottom floor. Ice on same floor. Garbage/recycling next door in building 12 and 14.

Once you make a short term reservation and deposit, you will receive a reservation confirmation number that you will when you check in at the front desk and receive your keys and parking pass. Payment is due upon reservation. For short term reservations (nightly/week), if cancelled 60 days or longer a full refund less $150 cancellation fee, less than 60 no refund. I do my best to try and rerent so you can be reimburse up to 50%.

Seventh Mountain Resort is your winter and summer resort destination in Central Oregon. Just a short drive up Century Drive, past Widgi Creek one of the area's finest golf courses you'll find , the closest lodging to Mt. Bachelor.

Some of the things to consider seeing while in beautiful Bend:

Smith Rock State Park, 27 miles NE of Bend in a small town called Terrebonne and is known for the birthplace of sport climbing. But even if you don't climb it's an amazing day trip to see sights you won't find anywhere else.

The Painted Hills: Less than 2 hours NE of Bend at the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument.

Crater Lake National Park

The Metolius River: About an hour but you will pass through the historic town of Sisters. Check out Wizard Falls while there.

Tamolitch Pool (aka, the Blue Pool) is about an hour and a half southwest of Bend along the McKenzie River.

Currently there is not a restaurant but they are working on getting on summer 2016. There is a small grocery store .

Quiet time is 10pm-7am.
Call front desk if there is a noise issue.
Sometimes a unit will leave their fans on in bathroom and some tend to be loud, I am sensitive to noises, so I call front desk to have them send someone remind them to turn off☺️
