Our 3 bedroom 2 bath house, located right near the Old Mill district, is the perfect basecamp for your adventure in Central Oregon. You'll find comfort with 2 Queen beds, 1 California King, an open kitchen & living area, a garage and a fenced yard. Our home is great for kids and pets are considered.

The Space

Spacious, simple & convenient, with extra attention to the little details that will make your stay more comfortable. This home is exceptionally friendly to kids & pets (upon approval). It's also great for 2-3 couples.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Bend, very close to the Old Mill district and easy to access from the parkway. The living room has a high vaulted ceiling that includes the open kitchen. This is a great place to cook up a meal in the evenings while planning the next day's adventure.

The master bedroom has a california king size bed, a large but older TV (DVD only) and double closets. Plenty of room to stretch out for a good night's sleep after the day's activities. There is a bathroom attached to the master bedroom.

The second bedroom and third bedroom are modestly sized (10'x10'). They both have queen size beds and are very comfortable for sleeping, but guests will probably prefer hanging out in the living area during the day. Guests in these rooms can use the main bathroom just across the hall.

Don't forget about the backyard! It's a decent sized fenced yard with grass, a raised-bed garden and a small deck.

Guests have access to everything in the house as a private vacation rental.

Interaction with Guests

We can interact with the guest as much as they would like. Many times we assist the guest with some travel planning, not to miss highlights and places to eat before they arrive. Once there, most people tend to be so busy enjoying the area that we don't hear from them. Yet, we are in the area ourselves when not at our house and can be as involved or un-involved as you want!

The Neighborhood

Our home is centrally located in a clean, safe neighborhood full of friendly families. Plenty of parking (in the garage!) & space will make you feel right at home.

Getting around

In general, you will appreciate having a car during your visit to Bend. Our home is located within easy biking distance to the Old Mill district, the Deschutes river and downtown.

Other Things to Note

The only TV is in the master bedroom- in case you need the noise to go to sleep like we do. :). Games & cards are provided though- we think you'll appreciate the change of pace while on vacation.

Breakfast, beer & cookies are available for an extra charge! $10/person/night
Eggs, bread, bananas, local beer, cookies, coffee, juice & more

Pets are SUBJECT TO APPROVAL and a $100/pet non-refundable fee. We love dogs, but have had several bad experiences with guests' pets. The fee covers the extra time that it takes to wash all household blankets, extra vacuuming, etc.

Please send a message with details and references. Any dog piles left in the charge will be charged at $50 EACH, so please just pick up after your pet! Accidents in the house will require carpet cleaning and will be charged at an additional $250.

House Rules

We ask that you please treat our home as you would your own. Please no smoking under any circumstances. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Pets are allowed and welcomed UPON APPROVAL, with a $100 fee ... there is plenty of room both indoors and out. The kitchen is fully equipped and available for you to use.

The house will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave but please leave it as clean as you found it. Before you leave, please run the dishwasher, strip the beds, wipe the counters and start the 1st load of laundry. Thanks! This really helps with the turnaround time. :)

How do damage deposits work?
