The apartment is designed to sleep 6, although we can provide a cot for baby under 6 months on request. The well furnished apartment offers many extras, SatTV,(uk channels) and many extras as the owner's Spanish holiday home.The large lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny South facing terrace which is also well furnished for alfreco dining and overlooks the gardens and pool.As the area its completely level for getting around to the shops and restaurants and with private car parking it offers great a holiday base for getting around the area. Its close to the beaches, many are drive on and have beach bars and restaurants. Lots to do in the area, as the location is close to all facilities and the Estepona, San Pedro Marbella & Puerto Banus.most suitable for groups of Golfers and Bowlers.

Terms for reserving this apartment are.In order to reserve the apartment a 15% deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.We also require a £300 security deposit bond which is refunded in accordance with the booking conditions.. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday. and 7 days after the return of the keys, (no damage in the property) we will refund the security bond. We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property..

The well maintained mature gardens and pools are for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. The pools are well maintained. The complex is suitable for age groups and children where they can meet and make new friends. ALL GUESTS ARE provided with all linen and towels including pool towels for use during the stay. There is private dedicated car parking outside the apartment. Although a car is no needed, as there is a good bus service available.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive. Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centre

La Gardineas El Pilar Nr Estepona only a short distance from Puerto Banus & Marbella and offers a great holiday destination. Its mature gardens and local natural beaches still hold the charm of old Spain. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great reatuarants.
