A large furnished terrace at palm tree-top level opens from the living room, overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.

Comfort, quality and attention to detail, space and peace, closeness to nature with modern comforts are the characteristics of this apartment which will enable you to enjoy the delights of Benaulim to the full.

The Double bed and twin beds are of high quality with deep sprung mattresses, bedrooms have large wardrobes, bedside tables, ample drawer space
Both bedrooms and the living room have split level air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans with extractor fans in the shower rooms.
Electrical installation has been upgraded to include an automatic phase selector and inverter/battery backup in case of power failure. Ample lighting and power sockets throughout. Independent water heaters to each shower room and kitchen. Reverse osmosis filter providing drinking quality water.
Top quality towels, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils are provided.

Taxi for excursions can be easily arranged as we are using the local taxi driver from the Village who has got a wide variety of Trip suggestions already prepared in your Apartment. He can be easily contacted.

We will be in Goa from October for the start of the season till the April & there for the time of your stay & we are usually the one expecting you with the keys to your property for your arrival. In case there are multiple arrivals the same day our housekeeper Amelia will be the one expecting you with the keys to your property for your arrival. Owner's reply: Dear Richard, I am always keen to respond to reviews that are totally out of kilter with all the previous 4 or 5 * reviews. You are clearly deluded regarding the advert and all I can assume is that you confused your booking with us with another place you intended to say. The advert clearly states 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom which Trip Advisor has confirmed. The rest of the review is an attempt to paint this lovely apartment in a very negative light in an attempt to scupper our business and get try to get compensation. This is despite never mentioning these issues during the rental at all. If you were not happy for whatever reason and reported it to me then I could have offered you alternative accommodation. I have been renting this property for years and never experienced this level of vitriol before. Luckily Trip Advisor now has a mechanism for owners to respond and list problem renters to warn others about habitual guests who abuse the system to get refunds. It gives me pleasure that our bookings are actually up on last season despite your attempts to vilify and sabotage the advert. Indeed any prospective enquirer would see the previous reviews and wonder why yours is such an anomaly. For any previous visitor to Goa and India in general they will be aware that internet issues come and go and usually an issue caused by the internet provider. Indeed with power cuts its great that the apartment has a back up system and a gravity water system. This apartment is lovely and spacious and is booked out continuously through out the season. It would be a great shame if prospective guests would miss out on a great Goan experience with services provided by local Goans who rely on the tourist season for their jobs..............

The apartment AS3 on Zen Gardens is overlooking a wonderful pool to the front and coconut groves to the back which provides a private and comfortable experience. Zen Gardens is a small complex which maintains a quiet atmosphere as its name suggests but has the added advantage of being within 500 meters of restaurants and shops and with a kilometre of the beautiful Benaulim beach. We look forward to welcoming you again either at Zen Gardens or on our Varca beach complex called Tarika Gold Coast which is only 200 meters from the 27 kilometer Varca beach which stretches from Mobor in the south to Majorda in the North.

Thank you Archie + Jane The Zen garden apartment we hired from you 17th Nov to 3rd Dec was without a doubt fantastic! It has all the mod/cons of home including a water purifier water in India straight from the tap! Thanks to Pete and his wife for anything or info we needed and i hope he didnt eat the cheese i "smuggled into India" for you!! The sea was warm,salty and great,so was COCO's bar, and all the little shops on the beach road,a big shout to the fruit stall @ the Marie Hall junction for giving us "special price"on all the kg's of fruit each day, And another shout to the white tourist taxis who took us on a few mini tours before the coach party's arrived so we got 1 on 1 tours and a bit more attn than the masse's got,and for less than Rp 1500 = £17 for most of the day!! Thanks again Archie + jane will will defo becoming back.
