If your'e looking for a place to stay, in a prime location in south Goa; our apartment is perfect for you.

Within walking distance of Benaulim beach, known for its serenity and

cleanliness, lies our apartment. Not only does the location of the apartment provide utmost convenience, it also exists as part of a quiet complex with 24hrs security.

The beauty of the apartment shines through being a part of a complex which consists of two swimming pools, including one for children. The pools are very well maintained. There is good free parking space for vehicles in front of the complex for residents and guests. It also has taxi service available from outside the complex.

The apartment is clean, spacious, airy and fitted with all mod cons, a well equipped apartment ideally suited to all your needs providing a very comfortable stay.

All rooms are air conditioned, with overhead ceiling fans (if AC not required). It consists of two bedrooms, the first a master bedroom with super king bed and the other with two single beds, both rooms with fitted wardrobes. There are two shower rooms (one is an en-suite attached to master bedroom) and another separate shower room.

A daily cleaning service is available at a very low cost.

To add to the conveniences and at your request the “Pav Wala” will visit every morning on his bicycle with the daily basics, fresh eggs, milk, freshly baked bread roll, Indian breakfast, the daily newspaper and any other goods.

It is a 30min stroll along the beach to the most prestigious and luxurious Taj Beach Resort and Leela Beach Resort. The highlight of the beach lies with the large variety of beach shacks; offering a large selection of cuisine with entertainment. Customers are supplied with parasols and sun beds free of charge!

There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants situated by a 10 mins stroll from the complex, with more taxis, autos and buses to main towns and cities.

Scooters and bikes can be hired at low costs.

There are many ATM's, internet cafes, a money exchange and fresh fruit and veg stalls.

Daily boat trips are made for dolphin spotting and if you feel adventurous there is paragliding and jet skiing.

You may also wish to visit the local attractions including the flea markets, the historic Old Goa with it's beautiful churches, the spice farms and the famous Dudhsagar Falls where you can also take a ride on the elephants.

Hopefully, you enjoy your stay at the apartment, and experience the beauty of south Goa.

How do damage deposits work?
