Sunset Siesta - your Holiday Home abode away from home is just a 9 minutes walk (750 m) from the enchanting Benaulim beach-nestled between the bustling Colva and tranquil Varca beaches.

While decorating the interiors of our Holiday home, we have tried to provide a homely and cozy relaxed feel to the home with warm coloured interior walls. Imported linen and curtains complete the royale look.

About the property
The Apartment has a modern feel and overlooks lush green Palm trees dotting the nearby beach coastline. The Master bedroom has an en suite shower room and a separate shower room for the twin bedroom. Air-conditioned bedrooms ensure a cozy interior.

The Bedrooms and Living area opens to spacious balconies. Relax and enjoy the views sipping over a cup of tea or coffee. The Living area includes a Dining and a Lounge.
A collection of DVDs & Books have been handpicked to keep you entertained indoors. The Apartment has a well equipped kitchen that is ideal if you prefer self catering. However, as Goan Cuisine is quite reasonably priced, you may prefer to dine at the nearby restaurants or beach shacks, found along the coast. The nearby 5-Star Hotels also offer excellent fine-dining choices.

Our Home in detail: We have carefully planned every detail in decorating our Holiday home and handpicked all items entirely either from Dubai or Goa. Our goal has been to offer a home with excellent service and amenities, just the way we ourselves love to stay in during our vacations abroad.

1. The Master bedroom has an en suite shower room and a separate shower room for the Twin Bedroom. Air- conditioned bedrooms ensure a cozy interior.
2. The Bedrooms and Living area open to spacious balconies. Relax and enjoy the views sipping over a cup of tea or coffee. The Living area includes a Dining and a Lounge.
3. A choice of English channels are available on the Television. A handpicked collection of Books & DVDs are also provided to keep you entertained.
4. The well equipped kitchen is equipped with a Gas Hob, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Refrigerator and Water Purifier. Crockery/Cutlery and other cooking utensils are also available.
5. Water Geysers, Hair Dryer, Safe, Hangers, Bed Quilts / Linen and Wardrobes are also included.
6. The Cushioned Cane Loungers in the Bedroom Balconies allow you to enjoy eating, reading or simply marvel the sunrise and sunset views.
7. Our furnishings - both Wood and Cane have been beautifully handcrafted by local villagers.
8. Ironing/Washing/Dry Cleaning will be provided for a small fee by our in-house Laundry "THE CLEANERS''.
9. The Apartment has Wireless Internet Connectivity for those wanting to keep in touch with the happenings in the outside world.

We have truly tried to think of everything and more to make your stay here with us one that we hope will be truly unforgettable. The mix of colors chosen for the interiors come together to create a relaxing & elegant space.
The warm green tones in the Living Room create a cozy, dreamy setting in which to relax and lounge or to enjoy the numerous amenities, including (but not limited to), Cable TV with international news & Movie channels, DVDs and Books to help you unwind afer a long day of Sightseeing or just out on the beach.
The Bedroom interior color shades-Romantic yellow for the Master Bedroom and Cool Blue for the Twin Bedroom create a cozy atmosphere indoors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Amit (the owner) a message.

If Amit (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
