Description

The holiday house is located in a valley of Andalusia, on top of a mountaintop in the white village of Benamargosa. No neighbors or owners nearby. From the house and the private pool you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea (Torre del Mar), the valley and the village. With the car you reach the beach in almost twenty minutes. The town of Benamargosa is at a distance from the house of about 700 meters. There are supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants, cafes and a health center. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms for two people each and a bathroom with bath / shower and toilet. On the terraces around the house you can enjoy in the shade of life in the fertile plain. A shepherd with his goats also frequently passes there. The living room is on the first floor. Through the doors that open outwards you will find yourself on the terrace, where the view is breathtaking. From here you can see the Mediterranean Sea and have a view over the whole valley that reaches an angle of almost 360 degrees. The sunset is here indescribable. Apart from a television and wireless internet, you will find in the living room, in the cupboard with drawers, various table games and books (cookbooks, novels and books on nature). Once at the destination you can get information about the surroundings and tourist excursions nearby. In the winter, nights can be cold. Therefore, in the living room there is a comfortable stove (wood), with which the house can be heated quickly. On the first floor is the open kitchen, where you can find all the necessary kitchen utensils such as a gas hob, a gas oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, an electric coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster and a heater of water. While cooking you can enjoy the view over the white village of Comares. On the upper floor there is also a bedroom with a single bed and a toilet. In an annex building there is another bedroom, with armchairs, stove and complete bathroom. It has a double bed. We do not rent it separately. Around the house there is a flat garden with fruit trees. In addition to lemons, figs and oranges, you will also find here all other types of tropical plants and trees. Also part of the house is a plantation of ripe mangoes and avocado trees. So, when you walk there you will find yourself in a jungle. Encantada is, without doubt, a very favorable base for many activities and excursions. In almost two hours you can reach the cities of Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Malaga, which are at a distance of less than 200 km. You can drive to the sea but nearby you can also go for a walk, ride a bike, play golf, go horse riding or skiing in the Sierra Nevada.
