From the manager

Beautiful penthouse 2 bedroom apartment. Only 80 metres from the beach of Benalmadena (Costa del Sol) and 10 minutes walk to the Marina. The apartment is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The terrace is a special feature of this apartment, having a private jacuzzi, summer kitchen with oven, large BBQ and outdoor shower. The apartment has lounge/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and fully fitted bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. There is aircon throughtout the penthouse and high speed internet.

Outside there are communal gardens and a swimming pool. There is also a reserved parking space in the underground garage. However you do not need to rent a car at this apartment as everything is close by. This apartment is near to all amenities but is in a quiet street

Please note, in accordance with Spanish health and safety recommendations the jacuzzi will reach a maximum temperature of 33/34 degrees. It is not possible to have the jacuzzi at a higher temperature than this, for motives of health and safety for all our clients.

There is a baby bed and high chair available.( You most request this on reservation).

-The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

-It is possible to rent the apartment monthly from November to the end of April.

- If you have rented your unit on a monthly basis, please remember that monthly rentals will include electricity up to a limit. If you exceed the agreed limit you will be charged for electricity. Electricity is charged at 0.45 euros per unit/kw.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
