Description

Our villa is located in Benalmadena Pueblo, a charming Andalusian old style village overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, at 15 min. driving from the Malaga airport, 5 min to the sea and 20 min. to Marbella.

In the village centre, at only 10 min walking, there are lots of restaurants and bars, as well as shops, bank offices, pharmacy and a two small supermarkets.

Larger supermarkets like Mercadona, Lidl and Carrefour - at less than 2 km.

We are also very close to the Xanit International Clinic, at 2 min driving distance.

Free from any neighbors or noises, this very large property is the perfect spot to relax.

The house has been the first estate of the urbanization „Rancho Domingo“, long time the only 5 star urbanization on the coast together with the one in Sotogrande.

It features a 25m outdoor pool as well as a heated indoor pool. Built in the late 1950ies there are 50 year old trees all around. The house is located in the middle of 7.000 square meters of woods and very large cultivated gardens that offer a wide range of plants, fruits and exotic animals like geckos.

Situated in the mountains, the property is above the typical coastline fog. It is usually 3°C warmer than at the coast, but there is always a fresh breeze. It stretches over 3 levels in front, behind and beside the house, which offers a lot of space for groups to spread and many possibilities of scenery changes. One can spend days on site without doing the same thing twice.

Also the bedrooms are situated in a manner that groups can spread out into main wing, guest wing and children's house.

The entire property was renovated and refurbished from 2010 - 2012 with all modern amenities such as underfloor heating, all-glass-showers or modern kitchen fittings while keeping the old style alive. Besides the kitchen and all bathrooms, both pools where completely redone with new tiles and chemical-free systems.

There is a boat in Puerto de Marbella that belongs to the property, which comes as an option.
