“Ideal apartment for a fantastic holiday”

We have just spent the week in a beautiful location in benalmadena near to beaches shops and marina. Our host justo met us on our first day showed us around he was very helpful and would have been available for any other questions we had. The apartment was clean an had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time exploring local area but justo has a fantastic terrace which had the sun shinning for most of the day which meant we could sit out for many hours which we did. Would highly reccomend this apartment and would definately return there

“Perfect location for beach and marina”

Lovely location, in Marina with 2 lovely beaches within walking distance. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Justo who owned the apartment was lovely, he met us, explained how to work everything in the apartment which was very clean, plenty of room, two balconies, one had sun all day. Would highly recomend. We would stay again.

We were well received by Justo the owner, who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is right on the beach promenade and close to all shops and restaurants in the marina area. Nice to walk along the promenade and the beach. The apartment is on 2nd floor, but no lift. Otherwise the apartment contain all you need, including a nice balcony with sun from morning till (in Jan.) till about 1600 hours. We had a very pleasant stay for 19 days.

“excellent property”

stayed first week in january. excellent facilities.we were met by the vendor who explained everything from working the oven to opening the balcony doors . The apartment is clean and tidy with all facilities including washing machine , bath and shower , full fridge and freezer and full size oven.Close to the beach and marina , bars and restaurants . Would recommend and hope to return soon .

Stayed at the apartment for one week. Great apartment exactly as described. Excellent location. Owner justo had good contact with us before our trip and met us when we arrived. Hope to return again and would have no problem recommending to anyone looking to stay in benalmadena.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Justo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
