Impresionante apartamento coqueto y moderno,junto al mar salon amplio y muy luminoso ,con un toque de diseño pero sencillo justo en Benalmadena Costa,2 DORMITORIOS + 1BAÑO, Wifi,aire acondicionado solo en el salon ,1 terraza, 75m2 y capacidad para 5 personas.+recinto con piscinas y jardines comunitarios.Ubicado en una Urbanizacion privada, a 100 metros de la mejor playa de Benalmadena, a poca distancia de los clubs de playa de moda como el Maracas Beach para tomar una copa con vistas al mar , así como otros bares y zonas de recreo. Está situado en una tranquila zona residencial, acceso desde la carretera es muy fácil y sencillo ,hay restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y otras tiendas en las proximidades.

Se solicita un DEPOSITO de 200€ por posibles daños. Este DEPOSITO deberá ser entregado a la llegada al apartamento en EUROS y en EFECTIVO. Se devuelve en mano o por transferencia bancaria.

En el último día de alquiler, al realizar el Check-out, el propietario inspeccionará el estado del apartamento y le devolverá el DEPOSITO entregado,

Cargos por pérdidas de las llaves 50 EURO.

Hay una cuna de viaje para bebe disponible en el apartamento.

Para estancias superiores a un mes, la cantidad solicitada en concepto de DEPÓSITO será superior a la mencionada anteriormente.

La ubicación es inmejorable: totalmente céntrica, a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la playa. La estación de autobus está justo a 100 metros para diferentes destinos como a Malaga o Fuengirola & Marbella,puedes caminar a todas partes. Encontraras un Club Municipal de raqueta,especificamente para la práctica de deportes como el Tenis o el Padel a 5 min ,Taxis, El Castillo Bil-Bil,El Parque de Las Palomas a 15 min a pie , Puerto Marina a 2km , el Tivoli a media hora caminando, Mercadona a 5 min a pie,McDonalds 5 min y muchos otras tiendas mas .

(Por favor, pídeme permiso) Es una buena idea que los arrendatarios le den información al proveedor de alquiler que les ayudará a decidir si la mascota es adecuada para ser mantenida en la propiedad.

Normas de comportamiento – leer con atención por favor

La norma del apartamento con respecto a los disturbios, música alta y fiestas en el apartamento es clara: ESTAN ESTRICTAMENTE PROHIBIDOS.

Por favor, no hagan ruido a la entrada del edificio, escaleras y en el apartamento. El cliente que haga la reserva de alquiler será responsible del correcto comportamiento de las personas que viajen con el/ella. Si el cliente o algun acompañante no se comportan de una manera correcta, todo el grupo de personas huéspedes del apartamento deberán abandonar el apartamento a petición del propietario sin derecho alguno a reclamación ni devolución de dinero.

Apreciamos su colaboración en este punto y esperamos que entienda que estas reglas son necesarias para la buena y normal convivencia de todos nosotros.

-Normas de la casa: Por supuesto no fumar (hay una zona de fumadores al aire libre en la terraza) Limpieza en la cocina y el baño después de su uso.

El apartamento se entrega limpio y ordenado. El cliente debe cuidar el apartamento y dejarlo en un estado razonable y sin basura.

Con el fin de respetar a nuestros vecinos, no se les permite fiestas.

El Número e identidad de huéspedes:

El cliente informará al propietario del número de huéspedes en la Reserva. Sólo las personas indicadas por el cliente en el documento de Reserva están autorizadas a utilizar el apartamento. Aunque no contabilicen a efectos del cálculo de coste de alquiler, el cliente debe informar también de los niños/as menores de dos años.. Si el cliente incumple la norma de “Número e identidad de los huéspedes”, el cliente deberá abonar el resto de alquiler en su entrada en EUROS y en EFECTIVO junto el deposito , o abandonar el apartamento a petición del propietario sin derecho alguno a reclamación ni devolución de dinero.

Los animales de compañía solo están permitidos previa aceptación de la propietaria.

Entrada (Check-in)

Cuatro días antes del inicio del período de alquiler, el cliente debe informar al propietario sobre la hora que desea entrar al apartamento. Normalmente la hora de entrada es a partir de las 15:00 horas, pero si el cliente desea hacerlo antes de esa hora deberá informar al propietario para ver si es posible o no. No hay entrada posterior a las 22:00 , solo en excepción, pregúntame antes

Salida (Check-out)

El cliente y el propietario acordaran la hora de salida. Normalmente la hora de salida es antes de las 10:00 horas. Si el cliente desea hacer la salida después de esa hora deberá comunicárselo al propietario con anterioridad para ver si es posible o no.

Please do not make noise at the entrance of the building, stairs and in the apartment. No smoking (the smoking area is on the terrace). The customer who makes the rental reservation will be responsible for the correct behavior of people traveling with him / her. . The client must take care of the apartment and leave it in a reasonable state and without garbage. Thank you

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Josie (the owner) a message.

If Josie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
