Pueblo Quinta is a stylish penthouse apartment just 15 minutes from Malaga airport, the complex is private and secure with a quiet communal pool area.

It is a one minute walk to the beach or why not take a walk to Paloma Park, 200k sqm of beautiful gardens with a central lake, where you can stop and have a coffee or a drink and watch the world go by. Benalmadena marina is a short walk along the beautiful promenade, famous for its speciality seafood restaurants. The marina is surrounded by a host of cafes, bars and restaurants that overlook the yachts and boats moored in the harbour. All amenities are close at hand making this property in the ideal location.

This property has everything to make your holiday perfect. Tastefully decorated this apartment has the benefit of an aircon/heating system (coin operated) for your comfort all year round. The property includes the clock tower the main feature of the complex. One of the bedrooms is in the clock tower a separate quiet private sleeping accommodation with a double sofa bed which has been set up as a bed with a proper mattress after client feedback-v comfortable) The room has beautiful views from both sides. There is no air con in this room but a fan is available if required.The property has a conservatory which is perfect for enjoying the Spanish winter sun.

We have beautiful attractions within walking distance such as Paloma Park, Selwo Marina (Dolphin and sealion shows), Tivoli world (amusement park)and the beautiful Benalmadena Marina. Travelling around could not be easier. There are excellent bus and train links and it is easy to get to local attractions such as Malaga, Mijas, Fuengirola etc.

Stayed in this apartment with 6 friends. Very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which meant we were not crowded. Nice outside area with fab sea view. Very pleased with the apartment and was easy to book and contact owner/rep. Would definitely go back to this apartment.

“Super apartment in a super place”

Enjoyed being so close to the sea and restaurants. Apartment is spacious and comfortable- clean and tidy with good furniture and facilities - but not so scarily perfect that I couldn’t enjoy it with my family!

“Good location, sub par cleaning”

First the good: - Location of this apartment is great. Paloma Park is just around the corner and Puerto Marina is a 15 minute walk along the sea. - Ouside space and seaview is great. Plenty of seating for 12+ people in the outside area of the apartment. Views from balcony and outside area is also great with the Med only about 200 mtrs away. - Pool area kept clean and tidy with a reasonably sized pool. - Plenty of towels. Both for use in the apartment and pool/beach towels - Bedrooms of decent size with comfortable beds. - Internet access is of reasonably good speed (around 8-9 Mbit/s) - Lift access is really good if members of your party is elderly or disabled. The lift was unbelievably slow though... The bad: - The apartment was not properly cleaned on our arrival. After walking 2 minutes with bare feet the soles of our feet had turned black due to filthy floors. - Surfaces in the kitchen were dirty and when wiping the shelf where cups were stored, the rag turned black. We also had to wash most of the plates, glasses, pans before using them the first time. The handle of the frying pan was so sticky with old grease it took me 5 minutes to get it reasonably clean again. - Bathrooms was also porly cleaned with sand/dirt in the corners and you could see on the tiles that someone had tried to clean the tiles, but had only managed to move the dirt around. - We started to do some cleaning our selfs only to find out that the vacuum cleaner in the apartment was not working. - Aparment is starting to look a bit tired and worn and needs to be refurbished in some areas. In all fairness, I did call Sue, the agent about the lack of cleaning and she and a maid came out and wiped the floors which gave us clean floors. But to be honest, when paying a lot of money for your holiday accomodation, you should not have to make that call in the first place. With the above said I would recommend this apartment if cleanliness is not that important and you are looking for accomodation with good location. If cleanliness is importnat, look for other alternatives.

Our apartments are cleaned at the end of each stay, and all bedding and towels are replaced at this time. Our properties are fully reviewed at the end of each season so that any decoration or furnishings can be updated to keep the apartment at the high standard we like to achieve. We always try to do everything possible to ensure the comfort of our guests. Our representative in Spain leaves her mobile number at the meet and greet so that any issues ,big or small, can be addressed immediately. I understand that at this particular arrival it was a wet day and this may have contributed to the floor appearing less than perfect after arrival. I know that the agent came as soon as she was called and re-cleaned the floors. All issues mentioned in the review have been checked and addressed where necessary. We are very proud of the impeccable reviews we have received from our guests over the last 9 years, many of whom return each year. We have had 22 parties stay at the apartment in 2016 so far and no other issues have arisen regarding cleanliness.

“Home From Home”

The appartment has every thing you would ever need. the kitchen is well equipped, rooms very spacious with lovely decor and clean. but what makes the apartment above all is the out door space, we spent most of our holiday out on the balcony from the time we sat and ate breakfast in the morning till late of and evening watching the moon come up over the sea. booking was very easy Anna and Sue very knowledgeable of the area. if you have an hour to spare take a walk around the park which is just across the road its gorgeous with lots of wild life and viewing points to sit and admire the view. we did eat out a few times and went to Milan which is a indo/ italian restaurant fabulous food,well presented great friendly staff. also another good place was bar 76 which is 10 min walk heading away from benalmadena. we had 8ppl all had starters and mains 4 bottles of wine, 4 beers and some soft drinks 4 had desserts 4 had coffees with liquors the bill came to 120 euros. fantastic value for money. needless to say we went there a couple of times ;) Hope this helps in your decision making i would certainly come back to this appartment if i needed 4 bedrooms in the future. my first review ive ever done i was that impressed felt compelled to do it. “Great Penthouse, great location.”

Stayed for 4 weeks in July/Aug 2014. Villa was spotless on arrival. Very spacious with everything you need. 1 of the Aircon units became faulty but was fixed straight away. Location couldn't be any better. 2nd time ive stayed here and will be back. Home away from home.

“Lovely, spacious and comfortable penthouse”

The Pueblo Quinta Penthouse is a lovely apartment with plenty of space for larger groups. The location is perfect, with the beach, Paloma Park and Selwo Park all within walking distance. With 2 young toddlers we didn't want a villa with a private pool, the pool area here was fantastic, never too crowded, and my wee grandsons loved it. We spent most evenings relaxing on the terrace after a busy day and the food from the local takeaways was amazing, would recommend Milan Indian/Italian which is just across the road. Our family would definitely recommend this apartment. Our only disappointment, which cannot be blamed on anyone, was one of the children's buggies was stolen from downstairs where we left it overnight as we thought with the complex being gated it was safe to do so. Fortunately we found a second hand shop selling a buggy so this did not spoil our holiday. I would also like to apologise for losing the pool key and hope it was found in the apartment after we left. PS the mesh on the balcony was a godsend with the toddlers.

“Great penthouse near the beach”

We stayed in Sept 2012 for a week. The penthouse is in a great location, opposite Paloma Park and a 5min walk to the beach. The penthouse was very spacious and clean with beautiful sea views. I have two children aged 3 and 1 so it wasn't too far to travel around as everything was on our doorstep. Lovely restaurants nearby too and plenty of things to do together as a family. Just wish there was a lift as carrying the buggy up and down was tiring but it wouldn't stop me from going again... I plan to go back in 2013.

“great size and great location”

I stayed here with 6 girlfriends for a long weekend away and couldn't have found a better suited place for us. The apartment was wonderfully spacious and very well laid out. Air-con is a meter on the wall that takes euros but we didn't need to use this. Rooms at the front can be quite noisy and the room in the bell-tower has no air-con. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cups, glasses, plates and cutlery although the door to the washing machine was broken. Thankfully we only put the apartment towels in to wash and not our clothes as we couldn't open it up again. A minor suggestion to the agent would be to provide little things like washing up liquid and washing up brush/cloths as this is the sort of thing you shouldn't have to buy yourself for a 3 night stay. Be warned that the supermarket under the apartment is extortionately expensive! Do not use this place to stock up when you arrive. We made this mistake as it was close by but our laziness cost us at least an extra Eur20-30!! We didn't visit any bars or clubs but can highly recommend the pizza/curry house on the corner. Not very Spanish, I know but the curry was probably one of the best I've ever had!! It was a last minute decision but glad we made it. We didn't spend any time at the pool as there were no comfortable sunbeds. The ones that were available (we counted 5) were broken and didn't have any cushions so you would have had to lie on broken plastics slats. Beach beds at Eur 4.50 were a much better option.

“Wonderful apartment; pity about the cleanliness”

When we arrived we were pleased with the location, size and decor of the apartment. On closer inspection however we could see that it was not very clean. The cups were stained, the towels were very worn, there was no cleaning materials and it didn't look as if it had been cleaned prior to our arrival. When we complained to the owners they immediately got in touch with the agents who cleaned the apartment. However, a thorough clean would be needed. We couldn't use the microwave because it was so dirty. The fourth bedroom which is in the clock tower looked beautiful so my teenage daughter decided to sleep there. She had trouble with the lock but we thought it had been sorted. However she got locked in again and this time she couldnt get out. She had to text us to get out by which time she was very distressed. When I mentioned this to the agent she said it hadn't happened before but on reading the visitors book it had already been pointed out. Also there is no air conditioning in this room which is not apparent from reading the website. we loved the spaciousness inside and outside and how close it was to the beach, park and restaurants.a special mention needs to go to saints and sinners restaurant for one of the tastiest meals of the week. We loved benalmadena and will be back

This client did not contact us until four days into her stay to advise that she was unhappy with the general cleanliness? but as soon as she did everything possible was done to address any concerns the guests had. We are very proud of the impeccable reviews we have received from our guests over the last five years many of whom return year after year.
