This luxury duplex penthouse apartment with views to the sea, beach, gardens and pool, is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Benalmadena, Spain or used for a golfing break. The property is part of a complex and is within a small block with access via a lift or stairs which serves 6 other apartments. It is furnished to a high standard with marble flooring and air conditioning throughout. Free Fast unlimited WiFi Internet and UK TV is available. There is a private garage and additional parking. The complex is in private grounds with a security gate and a video phone access system. The apartment is within easy reach to many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Benalmadena marina is also a walk/taxi/bus ride away with it's multitude of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. The apartment is perfectly positioned within 100m of the beach/sea and 2kms from Torrequabrada golf course and many other courses in the region.

“Absolutely Fabulous”

I am not normally someone who like to go back to the same place but I think this was my 8th visit to this apartment. Travelling with an octogenarian it is important to go somewhere familiar. We were delighted with the apartment when we first walked in and that delight has stayed with us through every visit. The main differentiator I think is the amount of stuff that is already in the apartment. Things you normally have to go out and buy - washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll. There is a number to call locally if you have any problems and when we needed a light bulb replacing last year this was done within a few hours. The apartment is clean and well laid out and there is no where more relaxing for an evening drink than the downstairs balcony. The upstairs balcony is a sun trap. The only issue I have is that the pool and garden are not open all day. But it is so easy to go to the beach that it really doesn't matter. There is also a lovely supermarket over the road (not open on Sundays). The apartment is well run and the information prior to arrival is excellent. The keys always arrive in plenty of time. The area is perfect for us and a lot of work have been done to ensure it is easy for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Loads of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. I don't think you will be disappointed if you book this place. We have already booked for next year!

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped - UK TV and Wi-Fi particularly welcome!. The block it is in is quiet but only 100 yards from the sea and numerous restaurants so a car is only needed if you want to travel further afield . Owner was very efficient and helpful with plenty of advice and recommendations when asked!
