From the owner

A lovely bright apartment which is well equipped to cater for all your holiday needs. A good space with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and large lounge/diner. With 2 twin bedded rooms the apartment is equipped for 4. The lounge area and both bedrooms lead onto the balcony which enjoys the beautiful afternoon sun and has a lovely sea view. Sun in the afternoon makes it an ideal property for a longer winter let.

The apartment is located just outside Benalmádena opposite Torrequebrada Casino. The marina is a short bus ride away and the bus stop takes a couple of minutes to get to. There is a large supermarket next door to the complex with another close by which is within easy walking distance. There are also a number of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

The complex has a communal swimming pool and a play area for smaller children. There are sun loungers, tables and chairs around the pool for guests use at no extra cost available on a first come first served basis.

A car is not necessary when renting this apartment as it is close to all amenities and is just across the road from the beach but for holidaymakers who may wish to travel further a field there is a secure car parking space available. Vital during the busy months.

Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can.

Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you.

Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of €2.50 per guest per stay.

This apartment is managed by Benalrent, a husband and wife team with 10 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings.

Airport transfers can be arranged through our own website if required.

On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys.

For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a €20 meet & greet charge.

If flight times are not convenient with check in/check out times we can store your luggage for a small cost, depending on how long for.

The apartment comes with secure parking in an underground car park. A €50 refundable deposit will be required for the garage remote control.
The outside space is a balcony which you can access from the lounge and both the bedrooms and has a lovely sea view. There is a table and four chairs for alfresco dining.

On arrival I will meet you at the property with the keys to show you in and tell you about the complex and the area. There will be info in the apartment on things to see and do around and about. Torreon del Mar is managed by myself and my husband Nigel of Benalrent and we will always be available as a contact in the resort as this is where we live. If for any reason we are not available there will always be a replacement contact details listed for use during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
